It's not just who you bring in, how talented they are, how well they know the playbook, or how well they execute it... it's also how much trust there is that the receiver will be where they are supposed to be.

I also think this will send a powerful message to all the other receivers - you have to put in the work with your QB in the offseason so you can develop that trust.

I think we see our passing game really develop this year.

And you can't teach speed, which Parris brings to the table. This should help bring more "long balls" to the table and cause DEF to think twice about stacking the box.
