I like the Jack Rabbit but don't see us drafting a TE with Waller and Bellanger. I think we need to trade up in the first for Addison, JSN, and Johnston if you want a WR. If not moving up then the proverbial BPA maybe Banks. To many picks in front of us to spend a lot of time on this.
especially given Sy's Center comments -- pass on that draft
I have heard other scouts and analysts talk highly of Schmitz, either way, I'd be fine with the pick.
Id also be fine with taking a tight end in round 3. Depth and taking a flyer on a position that could get us a really good future starter at that position wouldn't hurt.
This is shockingly lazy thinking. Shocking because people who do this for a living should know better. If the Giants don't want any DB or WR on the board at #25, they can trade down and still get a center.
(I looked at this and thought "Not Trippman?" SMDH.)
available and worthy at 25th pick. The cornerbacks line up perfectly for the Giants in this draft. WR might be tougher for a WR1, but still viable. Stud DT or ER might be there. I’m not thrilled of taking any of these centers in the first round.
1st rounder will be a high salary position; WR, CB, Edge
2nd rounder could be WR, CB or Edge if not taken in the first or IOL, Safety
3rd rounder could double up on WR or CB or almost any position.
that I would be happy with for the G-men (and who would resolve a significant issue or two): Olusegun Oluwatimi, center from Michigan, and Jarrett Patterson, OG/OC from ND. Those two might very well shore up two positions of desperate need.
As for the first and second rounds, I could see CB or Edge in the first if the right guy drops. But I love Cedric Tillman in the second round -- though I doubt he drops that far.

Hate the first and third rounders. I'm ok with Tillman in the 2nd, though.
but we don't need a C, we have Feliciano ... or not ...

Giants were known for linebackers and he fits the mold. Thibs, Ojulari, Campbell and the new guy. That becomes a strength.
Let's get back to Giant defense.
Add another DL in the third. Draft wr in the second and o line in the fourth.

A lot of trash mocks out there lately...
Round 1 (Pick 25): Jalin Hyatt, WR, Tennessee
Round 2 (Pick 57): Emmanuel Forbes, CB, Mississippi State
Round 3 (Pick 89): Daiyan Henley, LB, Washington State
Round 4 (Pick 128): Emil Ekiyor Jr., G, Alabama
One of my personal faves is:
1st Deonte Banks -CB in Wink mold and big boundary complement to AJax
2nd Tyler Scott- super toolsy WR with highly translatable NFL traits
3rd Tyjae Spears - absolutely electric dual threat RB who can run and catch the ball
4th Jarrett Peterson- sneaky good OG from the ND OLine factory
