Syracuse Pro Day

All 32 teams in attendance. See video linked below. Looks like Bobby Johnson(partially hidden) and two other Giants coaches on the right. Main attraction was OT Matthew Bergeron, who is a 2nd rounder in a lot of mocks.

CB Garrett Williams tore his ACL this past season, so did not workout at the Combine or today. Did put up 19 reps on the bench today, which is more than any CB at the combine.

RB Sean Tucker didn't work out at the Combine or today. He tweeted that he was medically flagged for some reason and he's trying to get cleared. Did post video of himself doing a Combine style workout: 4.33 40-yard dash. Not surprising, as he competed for the SU track team.

but I've watched Syracuse a bunch last year, and their QB was getting killed. Obviously, Bergeron is one of 5 OL, but there ere lots of jailbreaks.

just did a breakdown on Bergeron. Thinks he could be a starter at OT or OG.

Bergeron can be a stud at OG… that’s where I’d draft him.. so 2 or 3rd would be huge. He can play tackle in a pinch, but I think OG is his best spot in the NFL

watched every game of his career. Very good player. Fits the bill of smart, tough, dependable. Top-notch character and work ethic. Raised by a single mom in Montreal. Mom and three younger siblings would come to all the games.

Sean Tucker will be a good NFL player

I think some team is going to get a steal in RB Sean Tucker if you can get him in the late third or beyond. Kid is a baller. Only knock might be pass pro.

I agree. Really like him as an OG and an OT in a pinch. 2nd or 3rd.

And there’s a lot of talent at RB, he could fall during the draft and some team will get a steal in the late 3rd or later…
