We signed three guys to the vet. mins. A'Shawn was never going to get that. We need to free up cap room for him.

So Giants are going to have to clear cap space to accommodate it.

If they manage to come to a resolution with Saquon, Williams, Jackson they'll probably make that type of move.

Maybe he failed his physical. Maybe they are waiting to free up cap space (considering they have none). Maybe both.

How do you know what the visit was about? Maybe there was more health concerns to work thru, maybe salary cap issues, maybe scheme fit and job description, maybe everyone wants to see what else there is but agreed to keep in touch.

It's real life. Not some message board fantasy.
