Melts down in year three, makes the contract impossible to trade, and probably made the front office a little gun shy on the Donovan Mitchell trade (do we trust Julius enough to take the big swing?). Now year four he’s an All-Star, but is starting to melt down again. What’s next? Cross your fingers for next season, or trade him off a good year? Rock and a hard place, as usual. I dread his postseason performance this year.

My biggest gripe with Rj is how selfish he is, even in Randles 57 point game, Randle had hit 3 3's in a row and Rj instead of hitting an open Randle drives between 3 guys and forces up a shot, i think he got fouled but still make the eays smart play..
why the team last year didnt win more games and why they blew so many leads was yes terrible coaching decisions but also Julius and Rj not knowing when to defer to Fournier and Kemba..
Kemba was obviously not the player he was but it was clear he needed the ball in his hands to be effective and he was forced off the ball and he wasnt goo at that..
Same with Fournier, he got more comfortable as the season went on but to start he wasnt comfortbale just being a spot up shooter..

I don't need advanced stats to confirm what I see, he has been garbage for 85-90% of the season but over the last month he has made improve on his dribble kick and rebounding better.
Also turnovers are down.
He is someone willing to change has game with proper coaching and Brunson on the court.
Randle has been all NBA 90% of the time the problem is the 10% is the worse basketball possible.
Attitude problems, lazy play on both sides, and an actual drag on his team . I would say those 10 % he is a detriment to the team and actually makes everyone around him considerably worse.
