A name buzzing inside league circles more than media — Penn State IOL Juice Scruggs. G/C versatile, nasty demeanor in the run, firm anchor when asked to sink.
Most recently met with Giants, Cowboys, Texans, Saints, and Bears.
Riser in the class.

Andrews is gaining a ton of interest and last week had a Top 30 Private Visit with the Buffalo Bills.
The great thing about Andrews, he has never missed a practice or a single snap in any game during his career. Checks the box for "Dependable"

If Bredeson isn't on point a guy like Scruggs could come in and steal that spot. He's split time all over the interior and started the past 2 years. Not a road grader but a great pass blocker, dominated the all star game he played in, can't remember which one. Definitely one to watch for us.
Day Notes
1 Penn State interior offensive lineman Juice Scruggs (6026, 308) had a great day overall. He consistently won his matchups in the trenches and moved very well overall.
1 Penn State interior offensive lineman Juice Scruggs was much like Carvin. Showed a strong base. Stood up Texas iDL Keondre Coburn at the line of scrimmage in 1v1. Was impressive throughout the day.
2 Penn State iOL Juice Scruggs is the best lineman here for the East team. He’s a dominant force in the middle. Great power, hand usage and overall footwork. Center and guard capable. Dominant last two days.
2 Penn State OL Juice Scruggs is the best offensive lineman on the East Team. For the second day in a row, he was able drive guys back during 1v1 and was really solid. His base is really strong.
3 Once the West team got into some of the position battles, Penn State interior offense lineman Juice Scruggs and Texas interior defensive lineman Keondre Coburn really had some impressive battles. Scruggs can play center or guard and really handled himself well throughout the day against a good East defensive line group. He and Coburn were the guys to watch and Scruggs got the best of him in three of four matchups in 1v1 sessions.
3 Penn State iOL Juice Scruggs is an absolute DUDE. His hand placement is always right where it should be, he uses his frame well and gets low to generate leverage. He had some real fun 1v1 reps against Keondre Coburn of Texas and more often than not, Scruggs got the better of Coburn.
In the perfect world we sign a guy like ashawn Robinson to dline rotation
And draft cb , wr and IOL in first 3 rds. Would really like another lb to compete too
Player development gonna be real important. We have to develop a couple guys from mid rd into starters
It’s what makes teams good all the time, keep that pipeline going.
Not enough high picks to fill all our needs.

+1. ... 1 more pick on day 2 would be nice.

So they were in full bloom love?
There will be very good players past the 25th pick
I think there was a blurb from Sy that said there are no centers in this class with great lateral movement. However, try to find it as I am sure I butchered what he was saying.
I’ll bet he’s on our radar in the 5th.

The issue I see with this OC class is the lack of lateral speed. Tippman and Wypler can get you a solid first step, but not sure they can play with the range Feliciano showed
Outside zone concepts will make it tough with any of the starting caliber OCs from this group

Not that one has to do with the other, but Lemieux didn't miss a game or practice either. Now he can't get on the field. All it takes is one problem that becomes chronic and dependable disappears.

Yeah but we've all seen how that works once they sign their rookie contract with the Giants. They immediately stumble out of the room and break every bone in their body 😆
It's usually not wise to assume that any draft pick, even the 25th player taken in the draft will automatically start from Day 1. You hope the guy does. You expect him to do so. But you had better have a back up plan. Rookies are rookies.
Ha, but how is his motor? Is he a high motor guy?
