Can my wife and I get in with 2 tickets on my phone or is it a requirement to transfer one to her?

they scan your tickets for the number of entries. As long as you have both scanned, it doesn't matter who's with you.

I do it all the time with friends.

The only downside is lately staff checks your tickets when coming and going to your seats. With that said, if they are on your phone and your wife needs to go to the ladies room or grab something to eat, you should give her your phone. To be honest it is best to transfer 1 ticket to your wife.
