been signed by anyone. Maybe the fumbles on special teams last year? As a receiver he had an admirable season for a player that would typically be signed as a WR4 level.
Seems clear they are all waiting for the right deal (likely want more than a one year deal)
The Giants got Moreau last year after ARob went down for 1mil.
It’s a game of chicken until the draft. I’m guessing the Giants don’t blink.
You won't see many (if any) signings now as teams wait till after the both the draft and the point where free agents no longer count in the compensatory pick equation.
Looked OK because he had a ton of help from MicKinney, shadowing him over the top. Once McKinney got injured, Moreau wasn’t anywhere near as good. He’s an insurance guy ONLY.

That's an interesting observation that I never thought about.
and they are the types who may get it after the draft when teams miss out on certain positions and need a 1 year stop gap.
the nyg could even be that team. if you think about it, even a rookie in the first or second round probably couldn't be counted on to outproduce what either of them did last year as viable starters at premium positions.
if james was willing to take the deal crowder did i think he'd be back already, though maybe now he'd find the depth chart unappealing and prefer to go elsewhere where he can continue trying to earn himself a better deal for next year.
If there is room on the roster, I wouldn't mind seeing him come back on the minimum deal - like he got for last season? I think he's a good role player and good in the locker room.
Moreau and Collins is who I'd like to eventually have back, if we have room for the depth.
I believe all of these NFL teams feel they may have over paid,on these signings. They now feel they need to sign what FA are left for veteran miminum or for less than they are valued at. It's now a waiting game
Okereke Davis and if they resign Jaylon smith would make a nice LB corps until they can draft a linebacker without other needs being highly proritized
One year deal for Jaylon just like they gave Davis
Having Landon resigned would only give them more depth and speed at the position

For ILB, they could draft someone else. Remember they drafted McFadden and Beavers last year.
The front inside could very well be Beavers and Okereke. Davis and Okereke filling in on pass downs.
He played well last year and I think he deserves another year.
He played well early on but he was exposed as time went on.
I thought that he was exposed when Jackson got hurt and he was forced to cover the 1 WR's instead of the 2's and 3's. He is not a #1 CB. But I still think he can be a decent #2 or #3.
James, Williams and Moreau should be signed to the 90-man roster
However, it looks like the signed players total 73. Not counting draftees and UDFAs, I figure the Giants have room for about 75 on the roster as it currently stands.
The Giants probably would only offer these players the vet minimum. Maybe they are looking for something more.
James had one bad game but was otherwise serviceable. The Giants liked what Williams gave them, but his injury and age may be against him. The Giants may be waiting until he has fully recovered. I don’t know what the hangup is on Moreau.
I'm a little bit surprised by that one... or another team picking him up. He's a good insurance policy.
That is really the only name on the list that is surprising to me.
Same thing for our pass receiving options.

A Marcus Peters signing makes sense if they have enough left over after the Draft, however.
That's an interesting observation that I never thought about.
It would do wonders for this team to have a very good cost controlled player at the position over the next few years.

were both good backups.

Are you feeling alright?

At times, I trust you guys to come to such revelations on your own.
