I'm confused. Unless I misread the article, it looks like Leonard was the one who didn't let Byron come to the Ring of Honor ceremony.

And this sceams...'cash grab.' $10 million & Giants tixs for life? GTFO.
So, I'm suing my brother's former employer

because my brother didn't want me to be at a ceremony to honor him. Do I have that correct? Attorneys can be a lifesaver in many situations. This ain't one of them.
Senior counsel is Michael Avenatti?

Either this guy is a real treasure or he got his ass kicked by security when he tried to enter the event he was barred from. I’m not sure what the story is but there has to be more to it than we know because this is ludicrous on the surface
The relationship of Leonard Marshall

(and subsequently his family apparently) and the New York Giants is one of the most peculiar things I have ever seen - especially that there has never been any real reporting anywhere as to what the hell is wrong between the two parties.

Strange.

Did you read the article? Marshall didn’t want his brother at his Ring of Honor ceremony. It’s a brother issue with Leonard not a Giants issue
Obviously frivolously but here’s how they try to involve the Giants

“specifically names the team’s director of alumni relations, Joann Lamneck, as a reason for the disinvite.

In the letter, Byron states that Lamneck made a false accusation against him and “confronted” him on the day of the ceremony. She allegedly claimed he had been involved in and arrested for a pre-ceremony bar fight the day prior.”

Obviously horseshit and embarrassing for Leonard.
It was between the brothers, Kay. I had nothing to do with it

should have thrown him out instead taking the case.
I worked with Byron in the 90's

He was living with Leonard, and his family. Leonard was living on the Wyckoff/Mahwah border. Byron was working at the Grand Union in Wyckoff. This lawsuit really doesn't surprise me. It is clearly BS.
