MI Trailer - ( New Window )
The Mission Impossible movies are GREAT action flicks

The series really took off with Mission Impossible 3. I love that movie.

The first one is also a really great spy/action thriller, but the second one stunk.

Is that the agency director from the first movie in the trailer??
Would love for Christopher McQuarrie

to direct some X-Men/Marvel movies
Yea that’s Kittredge from MI1

2 is easily the worst and only bad one of the series. Getting John Woo was such a stupid decision and completely unnecessary.
Rebecca Ferguson is killing it harder right now

So glad they brought back Henry Czerny. He was great in MI1 as an initial Hunt adversary turned partner by the end of the film.

Loved to hate his character in Clear and Present Danger.

Knows how to play a bureaucratic prick.
What the hell happened to him?

Feel like I havent seen him in anything in ages.
Better double up on the Metoprolol before seeing this.

Man, they get better every time. Great to see Esai Morales in this. He's one of my favorite actors.
Maybe the most consistent blockbuster franchises ever

Always delivers
I prefer to pretend MI2 doesn't exist

Otherwise Cruise really delivers these movies are great and adding Simon Pegg was a stroke of genius.

The theme song sure doesn't hurt, maybe the greatest ever. I don't think you can top the tv series for the way they delivered the opening theme. It was a perfectly compact trailer of the upcoming episode.
Watching the original tv show still brings me back to Saturday afternoons as a kid.

I’m so old I grew up watching it in prime time, first run.
Cruise always does his own stunts

Watched a video explaining the filming of the scene where he goes over the cliff on a motorbike. He first did multiple tag team jumps out of an airplane to experience the free-falling aspect. Then he went off the cliff about 6 times in one day to film the scene. They had cameras from multiple, different angles. Love him or hate him .... you have to admire someone
who does their own stunts. Not a common thing in this day and age of film stars. Love the MI movies.
