I think the keys to the giant season are staying healthy, improved oline and beating the cowboys. It is hard to loose 4-5 games in division and make the playoffs.
The cowboys will have a strong defense but the offensive line, QB and RB have had a lot of problems with injuries and there is not a lot of depth.
They will not win 12 games having to play eagles twice, niners, seahawks, chargers, bills dolphins jets and giants twice.
They will be healthy week one. Would rather get them later.

3-3 or 4-2 will need to be their division record.
I agree...either Dallas or the Giants will disappoint.....if not both.
We must assume the Eagles will be the class of the division....and the Commanders at the botto.
So it Cowboys or Giants?
Go Giants
I actually think the Cowboys might be better this year, and I think they will get the best of the Eagles.
This year feels like the old NFC East of the 80's, and 2000's, where every team is going to be really good.
Prescott went down and Cooper Rush saved the season going 4-1.
Tyron Smith went down in the preseason, but Tyler Smith proved he could be the LT of the future. Later in the year Terrance Steele was lost for the season, but there was Tyron Smith to fill the void. Dallas OL had issues but still played well through these issues.
The starting OL will be Smith, Smith, Biadasz, Martin, Steele. If there are injuries this year Dallas does have the depth to address the problem.
At RB Dallas needs a thumper. They lost this when Elliott was cut. They added Ronald Jones and drafted Deuce Vaughn, but they still need that last piece. It's still very early and the chances of them acquiring another RB to fill that need are good.
I have seen many predictions for this team and the vast majority have Dallas at a 10 win floor. I predict they go 12-5 for a third straight year and win the division.
Can the Giants protect Jones. They usually do not
Pollard being hurt early could hurt them. He was a devastating player in the passing game
Adding Cooks is a huge move and lessens the burden on Lamb who is really good
They are going to win double digit games again

Oh look, it is the resident Cowboys fan telling us how everything is hunky dory in Big D. I do not see them as a division winner. I think Philly is still the class of the division and the Giants/Cowboys will be duking it out for second place. Unlike last year, the third place NFC East team may not get a playoff bid as someone has to be the odd man out between Eagles, Giants, Cowboys, Lions, Vikings, Niners, and Seahawks (I don't think more than 1 NFC South team makes it into that competition although if Atlanta stays healthy they and New Orleans look like two best options there). I am less sold on the depth than you are and Pollard is coming back from a nasty injury that better RB's have taken a full season to recover from. For a team that wants to run the ball more I don't think they have the horses as Jones has quickly found himself buried on the depth chart of two great offenses that needed RB play (Tampa and Kansas City) and I do not think that changes in Dallas. Where the Cowboys have depth on offense is really not conducive to the offense they want to run. Where their talent is they would be better off running an offense closer to what Sean Payton ran in New Orleans with Drew Brees than one like the Giants ran last year using the running game to control the clock and not turn the ball over or abandon the running game at the first deficit.

Being back does not necessarily mean being back at pre-injury levels. Even if he can physically be on the field it takes a long time to be comfortable cutting without fear of reinjury.
