Anyone watch yesterday and now? They do the first couple of hours of coverage with "Matty and the Caddie". Quite possibly the most annoying attempt at trying something new in television history.
that people are not watching sporting events because of the commentators. It's the legacy of Berman - trying to make the commentator the entertainment. If the commentator is entertaining, it's a plus, it's not the show.
Old habits die hard, so I usually have it on (muted) in the morning, but I may get rid of all cable and will not miss SC if I do.
5 minute commercials, and long "programming" that is just an ad for something they are showing that week (usually MMA, which I have zero interest in) and if the Lakers play, nothing but Lebron stuff.
I just want to watch highlights from last night's games.

I stopped watching Sports center eons ago. My dad always wanted to watch news in the mornings as well when I took care of him before he passed. So forgot how bad it is.
When it started it was a need/nice to have. . Now who needs it. Just look at your phone and get the same info without some idiot blabbing away like an asshole
Its really really bad. It would actually be a lot better if it was Peyton and Eli
