Andrew Thomas said John Michael Schmitz has a done a good job so far. There’s a lot to learn in this offense. He’s teaching him to be confident in his calls.

Very encouraging to see Sterling Shepard take some walk-through reps with the team. Shep told me at the end of last season that he was ahead o schedule in his rehab from a torn ACL.
not messing around....JMS already the #1 center. Unusual to see that at in OTAs as usually coaches want players "to earn it."

BOBBY OKEREKE: I love Micah McFadden. I think he's a technician, great player, smart guy. Obviously Jarrad Davis is a great leader. And Darrian Beavers is a guy who has a lot of potential.

Sterling Shepard was running some routes in 7-on-7 with Tommy DeVito. Looked good, too. I think the speculation on here about Shep not making the team is very premature. Would not count him out. #NYGiants

Wide receiver Collin Johnson also had a few receptions today as he continues his comeback from a serious injury. Like I tweeted a few days ago, more productive big-body receivers, the better.

Collin Johnson flashed a lot today in 7-on-7 picking up where he left off prior to rupturing his Achilles last summer

It's nice to hear, and there isn't much else to talk about right now, but it's not like it means all that much.
I'll say this about Okereke, though, based solely on his introductory presser - he's nothing if not diplomatic.
