Bader’s an excellent player when he’s in there, but my amateur ‘guy who watches on TV’ opinion is he’s one of those guys who’s too much of a bodybuilder (like Hicks and Stanton), and loses durability as a result
Judge is amazing. Not many superlatives left to describe him. And Yanks pitching continues to perform, just hope enough arms hold up over the season

Yup I tend to agree. It's too bad because the guy can play.
I say it all the time. There needs to be a separate league for guys like Judge, Acuna Jr, Freddie Freeman etc... they're simply too good for this Majors. I'm 55 and I know the crotchety old timers will go on and on about Joe D and the Mick, but I'm sorry what Judge can do at his physical size is simply unheard of and unprecedented in baseball. Period.

are on the way too. Donaldson, Stanton, and Kahnle all doing a rehab assigmenment in Somerset tonight.
Rodon threw a high energy 20 pitch session prior to last night's game and felt good after.
I've been interested to see if and when they send Cabrera down in favor of Florial.
Although that may have worked itself out already if Bader needs to go on the 10-day.
But Cabrera has been really bad. And the BABIP is low, but the quality of his contact is quite lousy so there's not a ton owed to him there.
He's got options. Feels like the clock is ticking before he's back at SWB. With Donaldson returning soon, Florial going HAM, and IKF proving to be an OK fit in the utility gig.
:)
6-2 Yankees.
That double just missed being another HR too
Florial another dinger tonight
same old story with Bader
