I have tickets for the 10/15 Sunday night game in Buffalo.
Any recommendations for hotel or for getting to/from the stadium greatly appreciated. I haven't been to buffalo in 20 years and never to the stadium.
Get there early and walk around the neighborhood... there are parties in garages everywhere. And you'll get invited into them easily. Super fun thing to do....
I'm going with a few of my buddies as well. I go to Buffalo once a year for a trade show. I usually stay next to the convention center so I think we are just going to do that. There's alot of good bars within walking distance. Then just drive to the stadium from there and tailgate (We're driving up from Long Island). Going Saturday and coming home Monday.

Looking at downtown buffalo chippewa st area. Hotels are closer to NYC prices than I expected but I guess I shouldn't be surprised. We'll be saturday to monday as well.
I'm from Rochester and have been to a ton of Bills games over the years, when I lived closer. I go every time the Giants are in Buffalo. Without fail, some idiot will talk shit etc. Bathrooms are long lines so prep accordingly. Tons of places to park and tailgate around the stadium.
The Ancho Bar is where Buffalo wings were invented. Has the most amazing collection of celebrity photos anywhere.

If you have time to go to Niagara Falls the Maid of the Mist is an incredible experience.
