Why wouldn’t he?
Unlike the OP I’ll give some context.
He’s working his ass off this off season refining his stance, his footwork, getting in better shape, working on little things like hand placement, punch timing. He’s got all the physical ability in the world and a good work ethic. Why wouldn’t he improve’
Evan Neal spent most of the off-season training with HOF OT Anderson with the approval of the OL coach Bobby Johnson, Gm Joe Shoen, and HC Brian Daboll. I expect there to be OT Thomas-type jump this season. Also of note, Neal suffered a strained patella early in the season and played injured for most of the 2022 campaign. Something we need to take into account when accessing most of the roster, specifically the players brought in by GM Joe Shoen is they have superior work ethic, mental discipline, and personal accountability.

Also, a couple of the podcasts mentioned that switching from the left side to the right side was a bigger adjustment for Neal than one might think...
Thomas took a huge step
My expectation is Neal does take a step forward but not near Thomas level
That’s OK, will still make him better than average
Which is a good start in yr 2

If you want to quote someone, just click the "Reply" link next to their name and the time of their post. Then you have to make sure you don't put your reply inside the quoted post. Think of it like starting a new paragraph underneath that block of text.
You only need to use the brackets if you're copying and pasting text from another source, as I do in my Talking' Giants threads.

Nice response to my first post. You're so special sometimes.
Work on the content... Cause this post sucked... Sorry dude
Every team in the division has a ferocious pass rush and the only way all that new speed will work is if Jones has time to push the ball downfield.

Maybe you could have put a little more effort into your "first post"? Or saved your cherry until you had a better "first post" to make?
I get the sense you're pretty special all the time.

You’re close, it looks like what you did on this post was put a space between the bracket and the backslash before the final QOUTE.
When you quote someone, just make sure you put some space between everything and what you write.
