You were in a large group to “battle it out” with Joey back then (as was I). But Joey got married or something and mellowed out to be a regular guy. However, Joey was / is well informed, unlike other ban-worthy posters. He just didn’t suffer fools too well.

A lot of the bannees mentioned, I got a long with fine. But I don't come here to pick fights, I come here for Giants-Yanks-Knicks-Rangers info and then to enjoy people defending their opinions. Or discussing random stuff, like the dropped-third-strike rule thread, which was interesting.
Wish more people here followed soccer. (OK, I know that ranks with kale around here, lol). Go Terps was actually very knowledgeable about La Liga.

From the point of understanding the game technically and knowing personnel, Joey is in the elite category at BBI.

To me, some trolls are not even that obvious. They could be posters who are posting constantly all day long (at the expense of their employers) and seem to derail every thread while pretending to be posting content that is relevant to the discussion.
