I went to the MetLife event in Bryant Park in 2011 that both NYG and NYJ were at when the naming rights to the stadium went to MetLife.
Toomer said that catch felt like he was fully extended diving on to a concrete parking lot. Can you imagine how painful that must have been?

What is a bigger safety blanket then throwing and catching the ball where the defender can't? You do need a QB with a solid arm for those deep comebacks.
