There were talks about doing one joint practice again and was anticipated, but apparently both sides decided against it.

So no Jets-Giants practice. Giants will have joint practices solely with Lions.

Playing each other this year. These two teams aren't rivals in the truest sense of the word, but there is extra to this game. Especially this year.

Dottino said they were off earlier in the week.

Then it was posted here that it was on.

Now it's off again. I hope it stays OFF.

There is no joint practice, but teams share the same stadium.

Do the players or coaches of the Giants and Jets share information with each other about mutual opponents?

Both the Giants and Jets have a lot of mutual opponents this year. Could a Giants player give a Jets player info about Buffalo in exchange for the Jet player's info about the Eagles? Are there rules forbidding this?

I hate Joint practice followed by a game. Players who get shown up in a joint practice try to get even in the preseason game.

are a logistical nightmare some some facilities. Spacing and equipment...remember you are more than doubling the amount of people at a practice.

I remember feedback from someone high up on one of the teams was not positive about spacing at Metlife
