Always admire someone who works on their craft--football and other wise.

Bellinger - ( New Window )
I think Bellinger is the real

Gigachad. Kudos to the Giants strength and conditioning staff I guess.
Kittle on Belly

Speaking of Kittle, the San Francisco 49ers tight end recently praised Bellinger as one of the "next best to breakout" at the tight end position.

"I like Bellinger out of the Giants," Kittle told Yahoo Sports' Matt Harmon when discussing rising tight end prospects. "I think he's a good tight end, does a lot of good stuff.
There is so much focus on Waller...

... as there should be. But I think it's the combo of Bellinger and Waller that has me most excited. Who in the league currently has a better TE combination? I think these two are what is really going to open up what we do in the passing game. Not to mention less focus for opposing defenses on stopping Saquon.

This, Giants might have two pro-bowl level TEs on the team which is great in today's NFL.
I don't know about Pro-bowl level
Semipro Lineman : 6/24/2023 7:17 am : link
but I did notice that Pro-Football Focus has Waller at sixth and Bellinger at 13th best in the league. Making them the second highest ranked duo in the league next to Houston's Tomlinson and Quitoriano with Baltimore's Andrews and Likely just behind them.
Pro Football Focus TE rankings - ( New Window )
I don’t think that Bellinger is good (top) #1 TE yet
gersh : 6/24/2023 8:22 am : link
But he’s definitely a great #2, and that’s what we need him to be now.
Hopefully Waller can stay healthy

Other than Waller we don’t seem to have any top end targets- but we have a lot of options for Jones this year.
Everyone keeps focus on the new additions
djm : 6/24/2023 11:29 am : link
And that’s fine, the giants needed to add players and many of the new additions should help greatly, but I am focusing on player development. Those players going into year 2 of this system and years 2-3-4-5 in the NFL. Especially focused on some of the under the radar players, mid round draftees. Guys like Bellinger. The 2nd year guard.

If this staff and front office is as good as we hope and maybe expect we’re going to see players come out of (relative) nowhere and shine. Mid round picks turn into household names. Let’s fucking go!
Agreed djm
