Him not improving at all and this season is over. They need to see what other guys can do at RT, Peart can’t possibly be worse. Neal needs to go to the bench and work on competing for an OG job. He went out and worked to get better by working with Willie Anderson. My hope here, like when you change your swing in golf, is you get worse for a while before you get better. That’s really all I can hang my hat on with Neal at the moment. If this is who he is, the NYG are f’ed.
