But not what you want to see from an offense led by a $40 million man.
Regroup with an inferior opponent the next two weeks and see what happens.
SF isn’t inferior. They’re elite. And they will likely pound us at their place off a short week. Win next week or kiss any sort of meaningful season good bye.

I think Wink’s decision to start Hawkins can really be questioned. Adoree is a quality NFL starter. Why move him to the nickel role? I had been assuming that Hawkins’ performance in practice had been so convincing, it justified such an adventurous decision. Well…
They looked like children playing against men. I can't remember a game where a team looked so outplayed and outcoached in every single facet that's there's not a single positive to speak about. Nothing. A wire-to-wire complete and utter ass kicking.
If ever there was a time to be embarrassed as a team it's fucking now.
How is it possible to play this poorly without trying to suck?
This might be the worst performance I've ever seen from a football team.
Anything that could go wrong early did and then the offensive line could not block anyone. We look like the worst team in the league. I doubt we are but it gets late early in this league.

Given how many wretched performances they have had, that says a lot.
The organization handles the media and pressure that a blow out like this will bring.
Hopefully they can rally from this and it grounds them that they have a ton of work left to do and they turn this around.
That was the worst shutout loss in the history of the series
may be the worst loss I have ever seen by the Giants, and I remember when the Giants lost 35-0 on opening night at home to the Cowboys.
Major changes need to be made to the OL for next week. Neal and Glowinski must be benched. Maybe Bredeson as well. We have options with Ezeudu, Peart, and McKethan. The current OL will get Jones killed and render all those weapons we added in the offseason meaningless.
Jones made mistakes, but I'll give him a pass since he was running for his life on every pass play.
We also need to see a lot more from KT. He was invisible tonight.
We can't pass block and can't generate any pass rush. And if that doesn't change, tonight will be repeated frequently this year.
The team that took the field tonight would be obliterated in San Francisco on a short week. Maybe even worse than tonight if that's even possible.
SF is going to absolutely destroy this bag of shit called the NY Giants. Luckily I'm camping that weekend starting Thursday night so at least I will miss that embarrassment.

My biggest issue with Wink was his insistence on keeping nickel personnel on the field even in running situations (1st & 10, for example). The Cowboys would have 2 tight ends on the field and just run the ball down the Giants throats.

LMAO with the mention of Peart. Thanks for the good joke.
RE: I lost all faith in both Daboll and Schoen after this game
to say it, but there was a reason, all we heard about all training camp about the position swaps that were going on with the guards. We just don't have starting caliber players in those spots and I think the coaches know it. Add on to that, Neal didn't do a thing to improve from what I have seen.....I am about to call him a bust....he's bad.
Did we not know it was going to be this wet for the game? Sorry I am in Indiana, but there was ZERO talk about it up until hours before kickoff. Seemed like the giants were not ready for the conditions and I think that had a LOT to do with how things went as well.
I am in no way in panic mode, we will see what happens in the coming weeks, but we still have leaks in the dam and we are not there yet with Dallas and Philly......

And Jones should get no pass. NOBODY should. Not one freaking player.
Even worse, it is showing a directv error with their receiver # and card #, and it's been like that for about 10 minutes and the clearly don't notice because they didn't interrupt the broken feed. That's pretty embarrassing.
Arizona played with some pretty high intensity today

Makes a great point that I witnessed also. After Jones threw that pick he was hit OB could have been a call, but no one on our sideline went over to protect Jones.

I was skeptical that the two best lineman available both happened to be from NC; it felt like maybe too much consideration had been given to a second-tier football program of a basketball school.
Neither have developed into being part of the solution to the O-line problem, and they occupy roster slots that should be filled by better players.
Was disappointed but to be honest if you really look at this team Dallas and Philly are way better built then the Giants and will be a bad match up for them for the foresable future. The Giants can still have a decent season and still make the playoffs but it's going to be a battle and it needs to start next week with PHX.

The Cowboys just kicked more rubber pellets in his face. This wasn’t a game. It was an utter disgrace, and the entire Cowboys organization was laughing

The defense quit early and if the offense was trying, it was hard to tell.

We have a bunch of nice guys on this team. Who are our “Dogs?”
Parsons on Dallas for the next 8 years is an absolute nightmare. The fact that we could have had him is even worse.
Exactly.. The bottom line is people don't seem to understand when you miss out on a player like Parsons, you will be hurting for years. The reason the Cowboys are so good and the Giants are so bad is, they draft better! They have quality NFL GM's, HC's, coaching staff, Scouts, etc. Look at their DC, he has been quality for so long! The Giants Organization just can't figure it out. They are taking way to many gambles. Personally, I don't go after a young raw GM, in the state of the Giants Org, you go for the most experienced and qualified GM out there.
He can kiss another offer like that goodbye from us for next year.
Why? It was a good defensive play that was timed perfectly.
To me, that's just one of those plays where you tip your hat to the defense.
That's kind of like saying Jones was practically in the dirt but the defender just made a great play and got under it. These guys are paid to make plays and secure the ball.

McKethan missed his entire rookie year with an ACL and Ezeudu most of his rookie year and also had surgery. They are both still rookies.
We practiced with wet balls this week (insert joke here). Unfortunately the weather didn’t catch our coaches off-guard, we were just completely outclassed.

As evidenced by the many playoff games and Super Bowls Dallas has won in the last 25 years.
There definitely was a miscalculation by coaches and management as ti where the players were mentally and physically to play this game against the Cowboys.
Because it was an easy catch. If he's such a good receiver like we always hear, that's an easy catch for him.
He caught it, turned, didn't see the defender, got crushed, and coughed up the ball.
Was it a good defensive play or not?
If Barkley is the best RB in the league and wants to be paid like it, he has to hold onto that one. He literally had it. If you want a HUGE contract, you have to finish that play. He sucked ass all night, too.

It was both.
HE caught the ball/ secured the ball.
Once he secures the ball - he is a pro- he should never lose it. If he does, it's his fault too.
You have to remember that it's not just the Defnese that are pro players. Offeisnve player's have to act like pros and not turn the ball over - as an example.
Of course it wasn't. It was just a perfect play by Diggs. Barkley never had a chance because Diggs came from his blind side...
Yep, just a really good play by Diggs. I don't even think it was counted as a catch by Barkley or they would have counted it as a fumble rather than int

I'm not interested in SB getting paid. I would have let him test the market without the tag. But that's a different topic not for now.
I contend nearly every RB in the league would have coughed that ball up based on where Diggs came from. Diggs was the corner, came off his man, and completely blindsided SB with his helmet on the ball.
Sorry, I just can't fault SB and think that's just a terrific play by the defense.

It has ZERO to do with a large contract.

Fair enough, agree to disagree. But when a RB has the ball in his hands like he did, I can't give him a complete pass.

Diggs came sagged off his corner, came in from SB's blindside, and put his helmet right on the ball. I was not surprised at all the ball came out. It was - again - a perfect play by the defense.
And guess what? That happens. Sometimes the other player is just better on that play.

Yeah, my point was more about him thinking he was worth more than $13 million a year, and then he does shit like we saw tonight.
Was recorded as an interception not a fumble, that means Barkley did not secure the catch by the rules. Maybe they will change it to a fumble, but right now it was a pass intercepted

Then you're saying the ball went through his hands? So that is okay?
So no ofensive player should catch a ball on a bang-bang play? How often do we crush WR's for not holding onto the ball when a defender is draped over them if it hits their hands?

I'm just not going to see it that way.
To me, it's like a guy shooting what feels like a clean jumper, but a defender comes from nowhere and blocks it from behind. That's just a great play by the defender.

New rules for Barkley?
For some fans, Barkley is above the fray. He always gets a pass.

when Dallas just played with our buttholes AGAIN. Every single motherfucker on the NY Giants, including the coaches and the ballboy just got ransacked by Jerry Jones and that shitty fucking star again. I couldn't give a fuck about one play in this game when every single fucking play was dogshit.
This was not just a loss, it was a national embarrasment

Not from my keyboard he doesn't.
Let me re-frame this in a hypothetical. If Barkley caught the ball, turned up field, SAW the defender coming to brace for the hit, I would be on your side if Barkley coughed the ball up in that situation...

No neded to reframe. Barkley had the ball in his hands - if he loses it or ti goes right through his hands - it's on him. No need for excuse making. This is undisputable no matter how hard you try to reframe it.
Barkley is a pro player. His responsibility is to hold onto the football.
I agree. That might be the worst NFL performance I've ever seen by ANY team, not just the giants. It was comical, with the sacks, fumbles, etc. Unbelievable.
They looked really good on that opening drive. Until the bad snap and the TD return on the blocked FG. And then they fell apart. It’s like they came completely unnerved.

I get wanting to give Jones more weapons and some speed. On paper, we did that. However, the OL was not improved and the only real addition (which we are still evaluating) is the center we drafted.
If the OL does not hold up, the whole offense fails and we get turnovers.
Drafting a guy like Hyatt with great speed is pointless if the QB is already on his back by the time Hyatt is 10 yards down field.
Evan Neal has no feet and Bredeson is not much better. These guys are statues. They need some other type of agility training somewhere that has nothing to do with football.

I’m tired of this argument, right now neither belong on a 53; if they need development/rehab there’s the PS, no team is going to poach either of them.

You would have thought the playoff game against the Eagles was a wake up call. Apparently, they all spent the last 6 months basking in the glow of the Minnesota game.

I don't think it's quite that but I do think they were completely unprepared for the intensity of the game.
Also, it looked to me like our equipment man too. We slid around our own field 10x Dallas. Not a play without at least one Giant slipping. Or maybe that's because they were shell-shocked.
this was largely the same Offensive Line that got DESTROYED by DAL and PHI last year. And they swapped out Feliciano (who at least had a toughness presence) for an undersized rookie.
To think they were going to magically be able to block them this year was foolish.
The OL is still unexplainably bad, as it has been for 10+ years now. Even with an All Pro LT.
to do better,” the coaches and players need to come out and say they were embarrassed and didn’t deserve to be on the same field. I certainly was feeling that way. It’s so frustrating not to see any of our “better” took it upon himself to make a play. The team collectively just mailed it in.

They’ve poured assets into the oline every year. They had no cap space last offseason to overhaul the entire line.

I know they have, believe me. I'm just saying to expect an OL that got its ass handed to them to magically be good this year was pretty foolish. They proved beyond a shadow of a doubt they couldn't block good defensive fronts last year and now, here we are again.
The cherry on top? Nick Gates looks excellent at C for Washington.
It certainly was not just one game, but rather a continuation of the poor play by the OL that has plagued this team for some time. Seems that the management made a major miscalculation in terms of the OL. Neal has bust written all over him and the RG and LG positions are mediocre, at best. Reinforcements are not arriving.
Kafka continued to try plays that took time to develop and involved pulling OL who are too slow to make their assignments against a faster team. Was this a shock?
Jones was under pressure all night but again raises concerns about his decision-making. He's got to be a game manager, not a game savior.
Where is the pass rush? KT may not be the disappointment that Neal is, but he has yet to show that he is going to be a quality player.
No, this was not just one game. It was a measuring stick and the Giants came up far short of even being competent against a good team.

Who said overhaul? How about one, at least average, guard?
Did the Giants read their press clippings a bit and go in overconfident? Did everyone forget the Philly loss in the playoffs & just think the season ended in Minnesota?
Was the pretty light on contact training camp to keep everyone healthy do then a disservice? Send like we got punched in the mouth pretty good.
Man the OL… what a revolving door of a problem since…. Heck a decade? I saw JMS get manhandled a few times but he’s a rookie, so let’s hip he gets better… but Neal? The right side is STILL a big problem.
and can't push myself to look now. I have one question. What was the reaction (or the reactions now) to the Thomas false start on the opening drive? That was a significant penalty with or without the blocked FG. It took a very manageable 3rd down to 3rd and medium top long. But, I think it was Pappa who joked right after that it seemed like what KC OTs were getting away with all game on Thursday. Thoughts?
Last offseason and what they signed for. The Giants just had to restructure Jones’ deal to be able to operate this season. What move was there to make at guard given the limited resources? Guards - ( New Window )

There were quite a few plays that mirrored the non calls of the KC-DET game. One that stood out was Bellinger moving before everyone else, but it wasn’t called.
Embarrassing Giants games I've ever seen. So bad in fact that I turned the game off at halftime, the first time in my history of watching Giants opening games. All aspects of the game were bad, nothing positive to hold on to. One last thought, Evan Neal and Kayvan Thibodeaux do not get contract extensions when their time comes up. In my opinion both are empty uniforms.
when Dallas just played with our buttholes AGAIN. Every single motherfucker on the NY Giants, including the coaches and the ballboy just got ransacked by Jerry Jones and that shitty fucking star again. I couldn't give a fuck about one play in this game when every single fucking play was dogshit.

They could have made room for Seumalo at $8 million a year. He should have been more of a priority than another wide receiver like Campbell whose make $5 million a year.
Sure but the players also have to want to come here

I was almost in the same boat. I didn't turn it off, but I was plenty "happy" to turn my attention to helping my son with some HW. My older son used to chastise me when he was little any time I would say that's the ball game after a terrible, back breaking play, regardless of score or time left. In a way, his child optimism helped with some of those lean years. But, last night, after the pick 6 when I asked him, is that the ball game right there, his I don't know response was shocking. It certainly did nothing to keep me from thinking we were done.

I turned it off after Dallas made it 26-0 in the second quarter. I've never done that during an opening regular season game.
On players three years out from contract talks. What's the point? Just spitting mad about the game, and I get that, but why do your thoughts even go there?
We have seen this version of the Giants-Cowboys game so many times now
this was largely the same Offensive Line that got DESTROYED by DAL and PHI last year. And they swapped out Feliciano (who at least had a toughness presence) for an undersized rookie.
To think they were going to magically be able to block them this year was foolish.
The OL is still unexplainably bad, as it has been for 10+ years now. Even with an All Pro LT.
I turned it off after Dallas made it 26-0 in the second quarter. I've never done that during an opening regular season game.
Same and I have NEVER done that in 45 years of watching the Giants. This was the first time that my son wanted to sit down and watch a football game with his dad. He has had ZERO interest in sports until now...
You know how bad it was..
It reminded me of being 12 years old and watching " The Fumble " with my dad and crying because they didnt just kneel down. That pain never went away until we won in 1986.
I dont want my kid to go through the pain I went through during the 70's
RE: RE: Sure but the players also have to want to come here
Now you're moving the goalposts. If he's not willing to pay, the guy won't want to come here.
It’s not moving the goalposts. They had limited resources to improve the team this offseason. They couldn’t get into bidding wars for guards. How do we know they didn’t offer guards contracts and they preferred other destinations?
The previous guy, who some on here wanted to pat on the back, left the team devoid of talent in a lot of areas. They’re not going to be fixed all in two offseason. That being said the team shouldn’t be embarrassed like they were last night. Multiple things can be true.
I actually felt good going into this game that it would at least be competitive. And the first drive was vindicating that feeling. A few thoughts:
* they answered the asshole Collinsworth's question re how to slow the DAL pass rush on the first drive: RUN THE BALL RIGHT AT IT! I thought they panicked after the blocked kick and went pass happy too soon. There was no need to do that at 6-0.
* the OL was obviously atrocious, Neal struggled, looked like Schmitz had some jitters, AT tried to tough it out. But what really struck me was how SLOOOOOOW their Guards are. Every time they tried to pull or pass off a defender to a G Bredeson and Glowinski were too slow getting there. Why keep doing it? And no help given to the OTs when you have 2 TEs? If AT is really hurt they are in trouble.
* Say all you want about Neal and he had a tough night, but where the fuck was Thibodeaux? It was like he didn't even play. Total zero.
* Can we dispense with the Wink is a Mad Genius talk? His D sucked and his famous pass rush did shit. Dak had all day to throw.
* will they ever have competent Special Teams again in our lifetimes
I hope they have relief pitcher closer type short memories, because a game game like that could be a season killer if not handled right mentally.
For some fans, Barkley is above the fray. He always gets a pass.
Yes I thought that was a fumble. He caught it and made a "football move" as they say.

Well, all summer the sheer number of WRs brought in was lauded, like all we needed was skill players. In retrospect, maybe pass on a Beasley or Campbell or one or two others and get an OL.
Jeffrey, this is spot on. The OGs are painfully slow:
Kafka continued to try plays that took time to develop and involved pulling OL who are too slow to make their assignments against a faster team. Was this a shock?
On players three years out from contract talks. What's the point? Just spitting mad about the game, and I get that, but why do your thoughts even go there?
This. Thibs will be fine.

to do better,” the coaches and players need to come out and say they were embarrassed and didn’t deserve to be on the same field. I certainly was feeling that way. It’s so frustrating not to see any of our “better” took it upon himself to make a play. The team collectively just mailed it in.
Agree. We need to bring back the practice of decimation. Or at least impose team-wide yubitsume. Or demand the players forfeit their gamechecks.
Regroup with an inferior opponent the next two weeks and see what happens.

Our offensive line looked worse than a bad college team. So bad, it is mind boggling.

Yeah
I think the rookie CBs looked good
Hawkins PI penalty was just inexperience - he was with him
It might be possible that Ezeudu and Shane Lemieux are worse.
Glowinski and Neal sucking were the least surprising part of this Shit fest.
I think Wink’s decision to start Hawkins can really be questioned. Adoree is a quality NFL starter. Why move him to the nickel role? I had been assuming that Hawkins’ performance in practice had been so convincing, it justified such an adventurous decision. Well…
Looking at this schedule and the way we played. This team is staring down the barrel of 3-4 wins
Even he fucked them with a penalty.
The OL was disgusting .
Then he says they all gave great effort....seriously?
Completely outmatched in all phases vs a much superior team.
They need another year of draft picks and free agents. I believe they have a lort fa money available for next year?
Hopefuly next several weeks things will change but I don't believe so. Hope it does.

Spent the summer watching Aaron Boone post game pressers and taking notes?
They looked like children playing against men. I can't remember a game where a team looked so outplayed and outcoached in every single facet that's there's not a single positive to speak about. Nothing. A wire-to-wire complete and utter ass kicking.
If ever there was a time to be embarrassed as a team it's fucking now.
How is it possible to play this poorly without trying to suck?
This might be the worst performance I've ever seen from a football team.

Given how many wretched performances they have had, that says a lot.
Hopefully they can rally from this and it grounds them that they have a ton of work left to do and they turn this around.

My biggest issue with Wink was his insistence on keeping nickel personnel on the field even in running situations (1st & 10, for example). The Cowboys would have 2 tight ends on the field and just run the ball down the Giants throats.
I hope last year wasn't simply an aberration or outlier year and now the franchise is back in the ditch.
But if they don't win next week against a team trying to tank, they will likely go 0-3. With Seattle and a road game in Miami after that.
Hire a new OL coach (Mike Munchak, please) and pray he's a miracle worker.

LMAO with the mention of Peart. Thanks for the good joke.
Wow! Stereotypical fan are we?
Did we not know it was going to be this wet for the game? Sorry I am in Indiana, but there was ZERO talk about it up until hours before kickoff. Seemed like the giants were not ready for the conditions and I think that had a LOT to do with how things went as well.
I am in no way in panic mode, we will see what happens in the coming weeks, but we still have leaks in the dam and we are not there yet with Dallas and Philly......

Even worse, it is showing a directv error with their receiver # and card #, and it's been like that for about 10 minutes and the clearly don't notice because they didn't interrupt the broken feed. That's pretty embarrassing.
And it's their home opener next week. This will be a very difficult game and there's no reason to have much confidence in it right now.

He gave a big hit! Love the hard nosed attitude but someone has to tell him thats someone else's job.
Mock drafts? If they missed on 2 top 10 picks……yikes.
Should we still pay Dave on the back or no?
The defense quit early and if the offense was trying, it was hard to tell.
We have a bunch of nice guys on this team. Who are our “Dogs?”
Why? It was a good defensive play that was timed perfectly.
To me, that's just one of those plays where you tip your hat to the defense.
Not good. Shows the "culture" may be fun but it isn't leading to a nasty NFL football team.

That's kind of like saying Jones was practically in the dirt but the defender just made a great play and got under it. These guys are paid to make plays and secure the ball.

McKethan missed his entire rookie year with an ACL and Ezeudu most of his rookie year and also had surgery. They are both still rookies.

I suggest you re-watch that a few times. It was a bang-bang play in a second and SB had no chance...IMV.

If Barkley is the best RB in the league and wants to be paid like it, he has to hold onto that one. He literally had it. If you want a HUGE contract, you have to finish that play. He sucked ass all night, too.
Fuck that. He is supposed to be an Alpha player in the NFL. I don't care if Dallas tried to make a great play, he is supposed to prevent them from doing that.
You're just as worng as BW.
It has NOTHING to do with him being an Alpha player. Or the invented excuse that BW is giving that 'any RB would have fumbled."
Once he secured the ball, he should not have fumbled it. It has ZERO to do with ALPHA. He is a pro player too just as much as the defense. That's a pro's responsibility on offense - part of it- to secure the ball.
Yeah, my point was more about him thinking he was worth more than $13 million a year, and then he does shit like we saw tonight.
Same for Jones, BTW, very disappointing.

IMV Barkley had both hands on the ball. The ball was in his possession and he allwoed the defense to knock the ball out his hands. He didn't do his job.
Then you're saying the ball went through his hands? So that is okay?
So no ofensive player should catch a ball on a bang-bang play? How often do we crush WR's for not holding onto the ball when a defender is draped over them if it hits their hands?
New rules for Barkley?
As I said from teh start.
A good play by the Defense.
A bad play by the Offense.
The Offense doesn't get a pass though.

I'm just not going to see it that way.
To me, it's like a guy shooting what feels like a clean jumper, but a defender comes from nowhere and blocks it from behind. That's just a great play by the defender.
Yes. And some of our rather homer fans tryng desperately to provide Barkley with an excuse is very apparent.

For some fans, Barkley is above the fray. He always gets a pass.

To me it's like a small gaurd driving in the lane in which he knows is going against a terrfic athletic defensive team and doesn't go hard enough to the basket only to get his shot blocked while the other team secures the ball - then he wonders why.
Our OL sucks period, full stop. Out guards are horrific. Jones could barely catch the snap before running.
There is no sugar coating this.
Agreed.

Not from my keyboard he doesn't.
Let me re-frame this in a hypothetical. If Barkley caught the ball, turned up field, SAW the defender coming to brace for the hit, I would be on your side if Barkley coughed the ball up in that situation...

The worst Week 1 loss in the NFL since 1999.
Like, may Giants players weren't alive when another NFL team lost this bad in Week 1.

That's pathetic too. Both Ofense and Defense all over deserve to get blasted even the coaching.

Embarrassing isn’t strong enough to describe what I witnessed.
Actually AT's false start on a 3rd and 3....
Studs: none.
Duds: everyone.
The end.

Coaches sucked too. Team was not prepared for adversity. Did the team quit?

Other than the last 2-3 games I don't even think Judge was this bad.

yeah that was a stupid comment... however, I have seen others from that poster so I am not surprised

I was skeptical that the two best lineman available both happened to be from NC; it felt like maybe too much consideration had been given to a second-tier football program of a basketball school.
Neither have developed into being part of the solution to the O-line problem, and they occupy roster slots that should be filled by better players.
McKethan missed his entire rookie year with an ACL and Ezeudu most of his rookie year and also had surgery. They are both still rookies.
I’m tired of this argument, right now neither belong on a 53; if they need development/rehab there’s the PS, no team is going to poach either of them.

There definitely was a miscalculation by coaches and management as ti where the players were mentally and physically to play this game against the Cowboys.

To think they were going to magically be able to block them this year was foolish.
The OL is still unexplainably bad, as it has been for 10+ years now. Even with an All Pro LT.
Schmitz is 6'4", 320. He's not undersized.
His character wasn’t high enough for the Giants. He wasn’t as classy as Baker and Toney.
To think they were going to magically be able to block them this year was foolish.

They’ve poured assets into the oline every year. They had no cap space last offseason to overhaul the entire line.

this was largely the same Offensive Line that got DESTROYED by DAL and PHI last year. And they swapped out Feliciano (who at least had a toughness presence) for an undersized rookie.

Gates looks "excellent?"
Guards - ( New Window )
There were quite a few plays that mirrored the non calls of the KC-DET game. One that stood out was Bellinger moving before everyone else, but it wasn’t called.
Truer words have never been spoken....gutted
They could have made room for Seumalo at $8 million a year. He should have been more of a priority than another wide receiver like Campbell whose make $5 million a year.
Now you're moving the goalposts. If he's not willing to pay, the guy won't want to come here.

It’s not moving the goalposts. They had limited resources to improve the team this offseason. They couldn’t get into bidding wars for guards. How do we know they didn’t offer guards contracts and they preferred other destinations?
The previous guy, who some on here wanted to pat on the back, left the team devoid of talent in a lot of areas. They’re not going to be fixed all in two offseason. That being said the team shouldn’t be embarrassed like they were last night. Multiple things can be true.
We can't block :(
I actually felt good going into this game that it would at least be competitive.

This. Thibs will be fine.
Based on what, exactly?
Agree. We need to bring back the practice of decimation. Or at least impose team-wide yubitsume. Or demand the players forfeit their gamechecks.
Think I’ll start a change.org petition.
