to take a deep shot, you need 3-4 seconds - but the 2/5 UNC line were beaten by a 3-man rush
Bullshit. Ive been as huge a defender of Daniel as exists. There was PLENTY of space to his left to scramble or slide. He just ran right into a defender. It was embarrassing.
I thought Dallas was just a bad game that snowballed
But I don’t get how bad they have looked on offense here. The OL isnt even that bad. They don’t look creative enough or well coached. Danny looks hesitant.
If we don’t have an advantage on the sideline we’re in trouble.
Jones wasn't good enough in high school to get a D1 offer (other than Ivy league). He transferred to Duke.
He wasn't good enough at Duke to be considered a high first round prospect coming out. But we took him, and apparently a couple other teams maybe were interested as well.
He's on his third head coach in the NFL. Hasn't lit it up.
At some point do we expect him to light it up? Probabilities are very low. Very low.
Jones isn't processing well. He's definitely not seeing some open receivers. Taking a sack at the end of the half was also bad, and he badly underthrew Slayton.
Barkley has no holes to run, but allowing another pass to bounce of his hands was inexcusable.
There is no pressure by the DL. KT is AWOL. He's being easily blocked by one man. Dobbs had plenty of time to throw.
The run defense is also porous. Ward is being washed out in the run game and we can't set the edge.
Pinnock was killed by Ertz.
Bad coaching by Daboll to waste a TO on that sill challenge on the pass to Moore, and then not calling a TO at about 1:50 was also poor.
This is likely the worst team in the league. Outscored 60-0 in six quarters, and after adding Waller, Campbell, and Hyatt.
Ward I think is another miscalculation. He did well last year but I think this might be a year too far for him
And that's hard to watch. He looks like the QB from 2 years ago who is always indecisive. I get it with that o-line and dropped passes, but he should be beyond that in year 5 and with the big contract behind him.
now, KT and Neal look like they should not have been drafted in the first round, let alone at #5 and #7. If they don't come close to justifying their draft status, that's on Schoen. He's the GM. Those are his picks.
and now I'm 67....this is pathetic. I don't mind losing, but this team is SOFT...not NFL caliber vs every other game I've watched today on the good ol' Redzone....

adding waller, campbell, hyatt is a lot less impactful.
In part to blame, but JFC can he get help? Campbell dropping them. SB popping up the INTs like Ingram. Waller dropping them. SB stutter stepping at the line again. Everyone sux.
And WTF is going on with the D? They’re a sieve. This isn’t KC, it’s AZ. Maybe bringing in pieces late was a bad idea? Still no pass rusher from outside. Soft on the run again. McFadden and Okereke playing like JAGs.

Jones is playing like hot dogshit, but his play at Duke and his recruiting rankings doesnt have anything to do with anything.
But he is part of the problem right now. Certainly not the entire problem by any means, but he needs to step up big time. That last play when he couldnt see the huge hole to his left to escape a THREE man rush…pathetic.

Jones has enough physical skills to be a good NFL Qb, he’s just slow at processing. A lot of the problem is we’ve taken the kiddy wheels off the defense , or teams have adapted to what we did last year so Jones is having to actually work through reads and feel pressure and he simply can’t.
Even most of the balls he’s completed are late to the middle of the field
and now I'm 67....this is pathetic. I don't mind losing, but this team is SOFT...not NFL caliber vs every other game I've watched today on the good ol' Redzone....
SOFT. P*ssies.
I think that's probably the best way to describe them. "SOFT".
A far cry from a TC or Parcells coached team.
Who can he count on to make a play on the ball? Even if you don't excuse Jones....we have nobody that can even step up on offense and make him look good for one play. A fucking completion is an accomplishment in this offense.
Thomas for Washington just basically took a kill shot to the head. He's still down. Hope he's OK. Incredibly, he held onto the ball for a TD on fourth down.
Jones is playing like hot dogshit, but his play at Duke and his recruiting rankings doesnt have anything to do with anything.
Inasmuch as it's an indicator of his talent level and potential for success at the highest level, it does. College football is the #2 sport in the country and QB is the hardest position to fill in football and you couldn't find a program that wanted him.

Is just in denial. This team is fucking dreadful.
Just need to hope schoen isn’t a fucking idiot and would pull the trigger on Caleb Williams if given the opportunity
Not in denial, but what gets you excited about the draft with their lack of talent evaluation?
I think Caleb Williams is as can’t miss as a prospect can be.
However I have 0 faith schoen would actually take him since he just paid jones and would look like an idiot
Shedeur Sanders.

Wink. Just awful defense.
Our "improved" WRs are awful - just awful. Campbell acn't catch and Waller is almost as bad.
0 points on offense in 6 quarters in the modern day NFL lol
Only BBI would blame the defense. Can't make it up.
Why? Someone will just drop it.

We are going back to the mid-1970s.
THAT kind of bad.
Yep…
They’re challenging those mid 60s teams for suck, except there was little talent on those teams.

Disagree, Barkley had holes, he just has shitty vision. He missed holes last week too.
Bingo. They showed the play in which he had a slight hole and Bark just decided to slide left instead of going through the crease.
Lets not even get into his business decision on the pick.
SOFT. P*ssies.

What in the fuck game are you watching? The Giants got steamrolled by a backup QB and James Freakin Connor.
It does not take long to lose a team.

reason colts/raiders were happy to let him go.
all 32 teams passed on hyatt multipel times.

This is baffling. Everyone knows Wink is a top DC. What is going on here?
