Daniel Jones under through Jalen Hyatt, which wouldn’t have easily been a TD on the first play in the first half.
Do you know what happens to a QB that doesn't trust his OL? He gets his clock sped up, his timing off, and his accuracy off. Should Jones overcome this. Yes. But it helps if your RB and WR can make a fucking play!!!!
Holy shit - some of you have such a fucking erection for bashing Daniel Jones that you can’t even acknowledge a long deep throw that ultimately ended up in a TD (by DJ himself). I can’t with you fuckers. Just miserable fucking people that make this a miserable fucking place.
Good luck finding a sure fire HOF quarterback - because that’s the only thing that will make you happy. But I’ll sure you’ll piss and moan about that too.
I don't necessarily need a HoF level QB - but you tell me if Jones is giving us anything right now that a cheaper QB like Mayfield couldn't give us.
This is what you get. A soft team. Remember when the players use to,complain about Parcells and Coughlin?
What player have the Giants drafted in the last 20 years who had the reputation of being a bad ass? Not one. There's no passion. Can anyone imagine how LT would be reacting if he was on the field with this defense?
We drafted Will Hernandez and he fit the bill. He just couldn't play - at least until today against us.
This isn't all on Jones but he isn't part of the solution either. If Caleb Williams somehow falls into their lap, let him redshirt a year under Jones next season and then cut bait with Jones
I think Schoen and Daboll deserve a shot at developing their own QB. The early returns on their drafts obviously aren't great but I think a regime deserves a shot at a hand picked QB and not an inherited one.

Jones is THEIR QB. They made the decision to keep. Right or wrong, they own him now.

This is the best post in this whole thread. U are so correct. Add in that these guys had a swagger like they were the shit. I hated seeing that
When Belichick went to the Browns, they had some joint practices with the Giants. The Giants players were sitting on their helmets, which Bill never let them do, and called out to Bill "look at us!". Of course, the Giants then sucked.

At this point why would he need a redshirt? Don't double down on the mistake. Start Caleb right away and spend all resources are getting 3 or 4 hitmen to block for him.

There’s a lot wrong with this team. But you but a backup QB or a Mayfield in this offense and it would be a disaster.
Is there something wrong with the way DJ is playing right now? Seems to be in control now that they’ve taken the training wheels off. Or does he need to be 100% perfect - because that’s how a lot of you babies act.
Not even close! At least those teams had Defense and STs. Offense generally sucked then though. I think this might be the worst stretch of football in a very long time. I'm not sure how they fix it. Very perplexed that they were competitive last year and now look like they don't belong on a High Scool JV swuad!

Not really. They can move off after next season.
They didn't have to do anything. They chose to keep him, is the point he's making. They watched the tape on 2022 and said we want this player for at least another year, and we're willing to commit a significant amount of money on it.

Jones is their QB. They had the opportunity to move on but did not.
there is not enough time to huddle

Put him back outside. This experiment isn't working. He was fantastic last year. He's lost this season.
Don't bring in Glowinski. Send in Lemieux.

You need a timeout. You're not in trouble, you just need to catch your breath
