Watching film of him. Specifically against Will Hernandez, who before the game I actually thought would perform better then most C/Gs against Lawrence because he is so wide and squatty. Lawrence later in the game went through him like a rag doll. I can’t think of any player in my life with the kind of power he has. I know Aaron Donald is all time too, and I haven’t watched the rams much, but Dexter just seems on another level than his competition.
He's almost in the Jonas Seawright territory but still has a way to go.

The only player I see in the NFL right now that has been having an LT like impact is Parsons.
He had a monster second half. Worth rewatching, he blew up several plays
LT was arguably the best defender in the NFL from the moment he hit the field. Dexter finally became an all-star level NT last season. You could say Dex wasn't used right, and you'd be correct, but there was no using LT wrong. Even when he moved inside for a while when Harry Carson was hurt, he was tremendous.
Love Sexy Dexy but come on.
Honestly, the closest thing to an "LT of nose tackles" is Aaron Donald, both for immediate impact and sustained excellence.
