He'd be an upgrade over Ximines. But I'd really like to see Simmons rush on the edge more and I'd also like to see what Boogie Basham can do.

The need for any kind of edge rush is obvious. The reality is getting teams in obvious passing situations first.

he is the opposite of a liability, he is a solid non risky type they use to set the edge.
What he does not do is go outside of his containment zone, and he was a big reason how we kept Josh Dobbs in check in the 2nd half.
You're not going to get that in Fox who plays as more of a blitzing hit the gap linebacker role.
