They do, even when those of us who actually watch know there's 50+ other problems on this team than QB.
Great win by Gannon. Dallas is hampered by injuries but so were NYG against the Cardinals and Jones balled out.
The league is really bad right now save for a couple teams. The Ravens defense and Special Teams gave a Lamar three chances to win today and he failed every single time. He was outplayed by Minshew. Wants to be Patty Mahomes when he's still the same running QB who occasionally passes. What's his contract again.
I would have never seen Arizona and Josh Dobbs gashing Dallas for 28 points and 200+ yards rushing.
The old saying is a great defense travels...
Hmmmmm.
Everyone said Bucs and Cards were two worst teams in the league and tanking for Caleb. Both have been the biggest surprises.
I guess the Cards aren't the worst team in football?

Dallas has same problem it had last year. It has personnel that they need to blitz a lot and run stunts and edge rushes, but the defense Quinn has to use, it opens up the first level of the defense up front for big runs.

I think the Bears own the mantle now, with Vikes and maybe Titans jockeying behind them.
Could’ve had him in rd 3 last year. I think I started a thread about him, he looks better than thibs.

I can tell ya that
Can you imagine if Daniel did that
From a pristine pocket he threw into triple coverage for a pick that lost the game. If DJ did that this site would implode
Love bets like that lol. Only bet NFL and UFC but I'll typically pick the slate every week/PPV. Almost hit a few but not yet lol
yea no risk high reward. I had another with the same three teams left. At halftime it was worth $80. After the cards last td it went down to $24. I cashed that out and let the $1 ride just in case of a miracle. Clearly that didn't happen lol
Forgot about Broncs. You are right. The Vikings look horrendous at times too. Titans look like they’re teetering on start of a rebuild.

to hand it to the Cards. More proof that NFL players don't "tank," and that games are not played on paper.

Them bouncing back after the Giants loss, is impressive

It's a different world on O with a backup OL, and on D playing from behind.
You sell out pretty cheap. I'd need at least $5,000 to root on those turds.
I do deserve to get some crap. betting does mess with rooting interests. I never bet on or against the giants
The game against the cowboys was an implosion from the start. I never thought it had to do with coaching
This whole rough beginning stretch of the season is stabilized if we can do that.
Broncos are averaging 23 PPG.
The Bears are averaging 12 PPG.

I get the makeshift OL POV. But losing Diggs shouldn't have resulted in this type of exposure.

Watching Cowboys lose today to a team we beat has salved the wounds in my heart and diminished my melancholy of the Thursday night loss.

Yep, but right now Giants are tough to trust

Talent level isn’t as bad as we thought, the coaches are learning as they go, and the team has pride. Pride matters in athletes and competition to win.

I think it's more about playing from behind.
Plus Connor is damn good. He runs hard. We could really use a punishing back for a change of pace.

I guess it helps to have a great G like Will Hernandez... ;)
Kidding aside, look at this Cards OL:
LT: DJ Humphries
LG: Elijah Wilkinson (undrafted)
C: HJalte Froholdt
RG: Hernandez
RT: Paris Johnson (2023 1st rounder)
Also, and more importantly
Josh Dobbs is better than Kyler Murray
Just looking at the scores for the first time today. Wow..
Just looking at the scores for the first time today. Wow..
Sean Payton had the score run up on him as redemption for how often he did the same thing when with the Saints. Also the bounty gate shit

Miami could have scored more and set a record. They chose not to

Complementary football.
With AT back and Saquon, our OL will be fine when we play a 3-phase game.
Plus the baseball maxim don't trust what you see in September applies to the NFL, now that they practice less than high school teams.

In addition after the 2 wins by a margin of 70 to 10 and reading the headlines of how great they are they were due for a tremendous letdown A classic trap game

that MIA dropped a 70-spot on DEN, and CARD beat DAL?

Way back in 2011 Sean Payton ran the score up on us in one of the final games the Giants lost before going on to win the Super Bowl that year and I never quite forgave him for it
Quote:
The only reason we came back vs Ariz was because “they’re the worst team in the NFL”
They are. Games are independent events, this says nothing about the Giants win vs Arizona or the loss against Dallas.
Arizona certainly looking far from the worst team in the NFL after 3 games.
Giants take note.
I think he just twisted his ankle similar to Barkley

Perhaps also redemption for those strong rumors that Payton and Brady were maneuvering behind the scenes to go to Miami together last year which would have derailed Mike McDaniel. Mr. McDaniel might feel a way.
If John Gruden's ummm, "problematic" old emails hadn't surfaced and he was still there I wonder if they would be better

team in the NFL
Broncos are averaging 23 PPG.
The Bears are averaging 12 PPG.
LOL.
First of all - Broncos had a kick return for a TD today, so they are only averaging 21 points on offense thru the first 3 games. Not to mention they scored a meaningless TD today in the 4th, when they were down by FIFTY POINTS.
Moreover, the stats are skewed even more when you consider they scored 33 points vs a bad WASH defense, who have given up a whopping 86 points in three games (29 PPG) And let's not forget their last TD was on a hail mary that got tipped a total of three times before being caught.
So while the offense is technically averaging 21 points a game, they scored 16 and 13 offensive points in the two games against a non WASH defense. Wow, impressive!
Stats sure can be misleading sometimes, eh?
Oh, and who cares if a team is averaging 23 points per game when they give up 70, lol.
As an entire team, the Bears are an awful team no doubt, but DEN isn't THAT far behind them...
