okay.. I have a tough decision in a 12 team half pt PPR league.
Pacheco may or may not start or be used effectively today vs the bears. He is also playing in the late game. So, I will have to leave him on my bench unfortunately even though they have a good matchup.
Therefore, I need the following from the group below..
WHICH GUY DO I SIT ON THE BENCH?
Choices..
Breece Hall
Roschon Johnson
Michael Pittman
Gabe Davis
I have a bit of a conundrum myself regarding my superflex position this weekend. Joe Burrow has aggravated his calf injury, so there’s no guarantee he will play on Monday. I have his backup, Browning, on my bench. Would you wait until Monday, and take a chance that Burrow plays? Or, would you pick up a QB off waivers like Dalton or Minshew, and go with them? I’m torn. Burrow hasn’t exactly been playing too well regardless, so benching him temporarily may be wise. Neither Dalton or Minshew have a great matchup, although, I have read that Minshew did play fairly well last week. Right now I am sticking with Burrow. What do you think?
Also, I have a few decent non-QBs I can start at superflex in my non-ppr league. They are:
Z. Moss @ Ravens
C. Watson v. Saints
Gainwell @ Bucs
Kirk v. Texans
J. Warren @ Raiders
Anyone of these guys can out produce my QB options this week.
Any feedback is appreciated. Best of luck to everyone.

I would rather go with Minshew
Thank you. I’m leaning towards Minshew too.
Ah, okay, I’d bench Johnson.
Roschon Johnson
Breece Hall #58 (RB27)
Roschon Johnson #87 (RB33)
Michael Pittman Flex #49 (WR23)
Gabe Davis #71 (WR37)
Fantasypros agrees to sit Roschon

They have been pretty mid so far.
This week for some reason all the sites say they do not have a good match up with TB.
JAX is available and they have a good match up vs HOU.
would you start JAX D over PHI D? Or just ride it out?
I hate D's and K's. So if I sit PHI and they have a bunch of sacks or pick 6's I'll be pissed but if I play them and they give up 28 points with no sacks I'll be more pissed.
Yes. lol. My kids say it all the time.
I think I like LaPorta

It is early in the season. Is your matchup this weekend that close? Also, the bigger question is who would you have to drop to pickup the Jax defense?

in FF and I drafted a D and I did it late but not that late (maybe 12 round). but I drafted the Eagles D. I figured no streaming for me, that D should be match up proof the way people on here were talking about them.

I would drop Jalin Hyatt who I was hoping would be a late round keeper. but I can get him back and he'd keep his draft status.
I am projected to win by 10 points, but to me anything 10 points or less is basically a pick 'em.
Thanks

I'd pick up JAX D if you have a slot expendable. Keep the Philly D for sure.
Jax, has a somewhat soft schedule for the rest of the season, so one might be able to sit on those two defenses all season long.
Thanks
I'm not him, but I would pick up the Cinci backup and play whoever starts at game time. If Burrow gets injured again for whatever reason, you have his backup to plug and play. CInci has studs at WR which also helps.
Thanks
Hey MP, sorry, I skipped right past it.
tough one, can't wait on MNF games. I sat Cooper last week because he was unlikely to play and then he puts up 16 pts (in ppr). But can't risk it.
I think Minshew is probably a good bet if you don't want to really roll the dice and pick up Jake Browning and if Burrow is ruled out you play Browning. That CIN offense has some great options and a good matchup, but Browning is a 27 year old journeyman probably for a reason.
I think Minshew or Dalton (I view them similarly) is the safe play, maybe Browning/Burrow the gutsy one.
And FWIW both Minshew (#46) and Dalton (#73) are higher in Superflex rankings than your other options: Moss (#76), Kirk (#91), Warren (#106), Gainwell (#164), Watson (#173) per Fantasypros
Moss is the closest, but otherwise they agree. Minshew is the play by a wide margin.

I would appreciate your feedback about my Burrow conundrum. Do you agree with DefenseWins, my best move would be to pick up Minshew and start him as my Superflex?
Thanks

Thank you, Kev. Like minds. I did pick up Burrow’s back up earlier this week. I was thinking the same as you. Depending on who gets the start, they will have great options to throw to.
Kendre Miller and Tony Jones Jr.
I believe Kamara is back next week, but does anyone see long-term value in Miller? or do you think once Kamara and Jamaal Williams are both back touches will be scarce outside of those two (Kamara and Williams)?

No worries, pj. Thank you. Yeah, it does feel like a toss up. Fortunately, this week, I’m already ahead of my opponent and projected to win by 20. But, nothing is for certain, ever. I need this win, so I think it would be wise to do the safe play and pick up Minshew.
Thanks for the details about flex rankings.
Best of luck to you.

If you have the available space, taking a shot on Miller seems like a good idea. The prognosticators online have been talking him up all summer. He may finally get to show his stuff with Williams out. May still have a decent role when Kamara is back.
Need RB2 and FLEX:
N.Harris @ LV
Z.Moss @ Bal
J.Ford vs Ten
AJ.Dillon vs NO
RB1 is R.Stevenson @ NYJ
I'm currently thinking:
RB2: Z.Moss
Flex: AJ.Dillon (another shot after a mediocre performance last week)
Also, who would you go with for WR1/2?
D.London @ Det
D.Hopkins @ Cle
R.Doubs vs NO
D.Mooney @ KC
Currently thinking:
D.London
D.Hopkins

I agree with your instincts on both. Doubs is interesting with no Watson, but it seems like Reed is the guy there without Watson. I still like Doubs a little. Tough one, but I'd go with your gut
That is what I am thinking. I am going with Gus Edwards and Breece Hall as my two RB starters
Dillon
Toss a coin. probably Herbert.
Dell has more upside. Seems like Herbert is hanging on to a timeshare and they want to use Johnson. When that happens who knows.
that said, Fantasypros it's 98% Herbert over Dell. Not that fantasypros is end all be all, they're not, just providing an aggregate data point.
Herbert is #75 flex (RB32) in their rankings and Dell is #85 (WR46) so not as far apart as it may seem.
I do like other people's perspectives but I almost never change my mind. Unless someone chimes in with stuff like "Sauce Gardner will be man on player x" - actual x and o's stuff that could impact targets, carries, etc that I had not known or was not considering.
Same. I played Dillon because Ekeler was out, and I didn't have a player like Ford on my bench, but Dillon is droppable at this point. In a game with no Aaron Jones that you figured would be low scoring and he'd be fed the ball, but it definitely seems like he's an after thought.
