Feel good about the chances of LT Andrew Thomas (hamstring) and LG Ben Bredeson (concussion) this week. Thomas didn’t suffer a setback prior to San Francisco. Giants just elected to play that cautiously.
Also, rookie CB Deonte Banks (arm) is expected to be fine.
RB Saquon Barkley (ankle) remains the question. He noted it’s a high-ankle sprain and we’ve seen on multiple occasions now that it’s not worth getting back quickly if he’s not going to be able to perform at the level that is expected.
Barkley undoubtedly will want to play Monday night vs. Seattle. It might be on the Giants and his team to save him from himself though. Still 13 games remaining after this week. Don’t want him to be a shell of himself for 3 or 4.
i'm ticked off the flag wasnt thrown, it wasnt pointed out on the broadcast, and we've seen or heard nothing about it. That was one of the dirtiest plays ive ever seen. That was strictly intent to injure. there's no other excuse

Rananns stuff has all been previously reported (not all by him, and no idea whether it's accurate). It's before Dabs presser. Wonder if there's actually something to it or he's just trying to jump the line for when reporters start tweeting what Dabs says later.

No injury report until Thursday with a Monday game. But Daboll said Ben Bredeson is out of the concussion protocol, Andrew Thomas is “better” and Saquon is “day-to-day.” When Thomas and Bredeson return, they’ll be on the left side with Marcus McKethan staying at RG, per Daboll.
Daboll said none of the injuries from the 49ers game are long-term.

Giants coach Brian Daboll says all the injured players are making “progress.” LG Ben Bredeson has cleared concussion protocol.
If Andrew Thomas (hamstring) returns, offensive line will retake shape like this:
LT Andrew Thomas
LG Ben Bredeson
C John Michael Schmitz
RG Marcus McKethan
RT Evan Neal
McKethan is the right guard, per Daboll. That won’t change vs Seahawks.

It looked like Davidson was injured on a dirty play but no flag was thrown. Do you have an update on his arm, and has there been any communication from the league as to why there was no penalty on the play?
Both before & after last years’ draft, and especially after injuries,
I would have never thought McKethan would be starting ahead of Eze … but I guess they want to give him a chance to grow into the RG spot, and keep Eze available in case anyone else goes down. Hopefully they can both develop out of their current limitations.
No one asked about Hawkins and getting Holmes onto the field. Holmes seems to be a lightning rod around here ( rightfully so ), but there was a noticeable difference in run defense and physicality when He was on the field. I wouldnt mind have Holmes back in the nickel, and moving Jackson outside fulltime.

The DH doesnt stand for Darnay Holmes, its Defensive Holding.

The players are off Wednesday. Their first practice is on Thursday.

Or have our reporters just stopped asking at this point? Who can blame them if they have?
@JordanRaanan
RB Saquon Barkley (ankle) won’t be doing much Tuesday during the Giants walk-through. But …
“He’s getting better. We’ll see how it goes,” coach Brian Daboll said of this week.
Giants do have the extra day playing Monday night. Will practice Thursday-Saturday. Thursday will be in full pads.
I'll await the video/transcripts, but have these reporters checked out?
There is this from Duggan (FWIW):
Daboll said none of the injuries from the 49ers game are long-term.
I’m still F***ing seething about that. And no response from his team mates on the field??? Did they not see what the hell happened?
The DH doesnt stand for Darnay Holmes, its Defensive Holding.

Asked starting LT Andrew Thomas (hamstring) what he thought about his chances of playing this week.
“Good,” he said.
Added this probably would’ve been a 4-5 week injury if he was a skill player. But he’s not.
See how he feels this week in practice. He still hasn’t practiced because of the short week last week.
Didn’t play vs. San Francisco because they didn’t want to have the hamstring problem linger.
