Recently, someone here posted the cumulative NFL standings for the past 10 years (which was obviously not pretty for Big Blue). But instead of looking back, let's look forward 10 years. If you had to place a bet on one NFL team to have the most cumulative wins from 2023-2033, who would you go with?
As long as Mahommes/Reid are still around they will always be
Super Bowl contenders. They still have a good 5 years left in them.

Eagles have a number of older vets they will need to replace. Once Kelce and Johnson retire, yes they have Stoutland, but those two are HOF caliber guys.
I would pick Miami and Buffalo. Kansas City is concerning because Reid will retire. For the NFC, honestly I don't know. San Francisco makes most sense.
Eagles current team....will hit a cap issue and age issues....granted...they keep going.
Teams seem to get into a groove where no matter where they draft, they just roll along with consistent successful seasons. It doesn't always result in a Superbowl but they seem to handle adversity and maximize their draft and cap. Baltimore was a franchise that fit that recently. The Steelers as well although now they may have some trouble.
Plus all of those recent championships LOL
Something like what you had in New England starting in 2001.
It is more that than personnel because almost no one on a roster today will be there in 5 or 6 years, forget 10.
So, if you are going to do this evaluation that's how I would do it - and maybe you are too.
Not sure who has those conditions (astute front office and stable coaching situation)
I think strong cases can be made for Green Bay and Jacksonville.
If you want to include the Chiefs, you have to include Sasquatch and the Bills.

Agree with this. Front offie and QB. Sadly for us, Philly has a GM who seems really sharp and a QB who is under 25 and has already been an MVP candidate.
It just seems that some organizations have more success than others.
As for the Giants, they'll probably do what they have done in the past as well. They'll stink generally and once in a while pop up and surprise.
And Philly is fucking loaded. They aren't even clicking yet and they are scoring 30 ppg and 3-0. Pray someone knocks them off before February...if not it's pray that KC can find its groove and stay healthy.
Ton of team speed

Yep. The Chiefs is the only answer. Until Mahomes retires they will always be in contention

Haha, I knew you’d say the Chargers. You sure do love you some Justin Herbert.
Oh, and Jacksonville? They are trash. Getting beat down by the Texans is inexcusable and is immediate grounds for never mentioning them on these kinds of lists
I think a more fair range is five years. And I think the answer is simple, Kansas City.

Modern NFL allows Mahomes to be a one man show that wins championships. Reid is a great coach, but even if he was the best coach, he still only has 3 all star players (Mahomes, Kelce, Jones).
It's very annoying.

At the most important position, in ten years...
Trevor Lawrence will be 33.
Jordan Love will be 34.
Justin Herbert will be 35.
So, those are still quality years to perform.

You’ve never watched Herbert play have you?

Wtf? That’s quite a leap, even for you. I love Herbert. Never said otherwise, I was just bustin on bw as he’s got a major man crush on him. I think Herbert is awesome. And yes, I’m well aware that you have a major man crush on Herbert too, maybe more than bw, but you’re going to have to find someone else to argue with about Herbert. Again.

Conceivably sure, but statistically the rate of contrition is a beast.
There are 4 starting quarterbacks from 10 years ago playing -- Stafford, Rodgers, Wilson, and Tannehill. And obviously three are on the ropes.
Who'd have guessed Luck, RG3, and Bradford would have been so deep in the rearview even 5 years after?

The Eagles have a bright future if you mean this year and next. Then they are just hosed. They have pushed so much money forward that once the old guys leave or get hurt, which they will soon, they are dead. Even great management won't help. Great drafting might bridge the draft, but I think the hole is too big. They are spending roughly twice as much as the Giant on their roster this year. That will catch up.

Clearly you didn't factor in the inevitable rule change in five years where QBs will be wearing flags.
