Who were the hires by Schoen for Player Personnel?

I feel that this group is lacking in getting impactful players. Here they are:

Assistant Director of Player Personnel: Dennis Hickey
Director of Pro Scouting: Chris Rossetti
Pro Personnel Executive Scout: Jeremiah Davis
Pro Personnel Scouts: Marquis Pendleton, Nick La Testa, and Corey Lockett
Pro Personnel Assistant: Andrea Wagner
College Scouting Coordinator: Ryan Hollern
College National Scouts: Marcus Cooper, Mike Derice, and Jeremy Breit
College Area Scouts: Blaise Bell, Hannah Burnett, Scott Hamel, Patrick Hanscomb, Brendan Prophett
Scouting Assistants: Louis Anarumo, Jared Osumah, and Isaiah Wingfield
BLESTO College Scout: Justin Markus

And do you think there has to be changes?

They've made a bunch of changes in the past two years. IMO, the most important names to watch are Brandon Brown, Ryan Cowden, Dennis Hickey, and Chris Rossetti.

They seemingly chopped a lot of the rot

Thanks for your input. The player personnel department must get it right especially this year.
