12 of 15, 27 points, in Pacers 132-126 win over 76'ers. Didn't see the game, so I don't know how many of his buckets were created by him as opposed to being the result of Obi receiving opportune passes from his teammates.
buy low on a player that needs a good passing PG to enable him when they have a good passing PG. And a coach that's willing to be flexible with his offensive system to lean on players strengths.
I know why the Knicks got rid of him, and I love Thibs, but I really believe he is inflexible in his coaching philosophy.

Obi is averaging 22 minutes per game in Indy and rarely plays 4th quarter minutes for Carslisle, this was an aberation, not the norm in Indy
averages 7 more minutes in Indy is becauae he starta and i am an Obi fan, i wanted to see more Obi and Randle together but he has not been good for Indy..
He played more last night because Smith got hurt, Turner fouled out and Nesmith and Jackson got into foul trouble
what he did for Knicks. Nothing more, nothing less. He is what he is. Starting a thread on Obi for one game, is silly. Obi had plenty of games like that as a Knick when Randke was out.
Tyrese Haliburton, the guy the Knicks should have drafted instead of Obi, had 33 points and 15 assists. Seven of those 15 assists were on Obi makes.
Before last night, Obi was averaging 9.5 points in 21.5 minutes a game, shooting 30% from 3. Stuff happens.
Indy is trying to play that style and he will come around

Followed by: I didn't see the game.
Sorry, lol.

He always had talent. He just was never as good as Julius Randle and too much of a defensive liability anywhere but the 4.
