I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. Must be intensely frustrating.

live, free, on Mixlr. They're maybe 15-20% into the dates on their current tour and most are aired free on Mixlr. If you download the app and follow the band, you can get a notification when they "go live" but their show often doesn't start immediately after that. Show time depends on which part of the country they are in (D'oh!). They have bluegrass instrumentation (if you can handle that) but no fiddle. They are more of a crossover jam band, if that sort of thing interests you; no traditional "high-lonesome sound."

Zac Brown Band and Jimmy Buffett did one of those Crossroads concerts for TV....took turns doing each other's songs. The highlight of the sow was Zac's "Free" segued to Van Morrison's "Into the Mystic" Just amazing.

I'm down with this, too. But it's heresy to some when I say I like to come across good covers of his stuff. For me, it's about more than the voice or the production--or ideally, back in the day, the performance. There are a lot of hard-core fans who really only want Tom himself.

At Yankee Stadium, Kick Me Hard, All Hopped Up, and Tiddlywinks. Bringing me back to my college years. Hard to be sad when listening to any of those albums.
