I've enjoyed the festive food chat here.

This Sunday, we are warming up a spiral cut WI smoked ham and the sides are fresh biscuits, New Mexico Blue Cornmeal muffins, roasted Brussel Sprouts and hand cut Sweet Potato Fries. Chocolates of some sort to finish.

We have an assortment of wine and some hearty local brews. My task is to prep the veggies on Saturday. 'Nuff said!

For dessert we usually have Bush D Noel.

That pic makes my mouth water.

and make a Timpano every year. It's a blast--the prep takes all day and everyone has a different job. Highly recommended if you have a crowd and some patience.
