I kind of like Dotson here.

Over the last 4 weeks, Sam Howell has the most pass attempts of any QB in football, and 2nd place is not close. 183 attempts. He also has the most passing yards and completions in that span, and 2nd in passing TDs.

In fact, even if you consider the entire season, Howell has thrown for the most passes in football. The most completions and yards, and is tied for 5th in TD passes, and offers a little bit of rushing upside.

So Dotson to me is the biggest upside play here.

DK, my gut says Moore because he's WR1 on his team and should get the bulk of the WR targets.
