is under a lot of pressure and also isn't seeing open receivers on some plays. The answer is to throw quickly. One or two reads and then throw it away. Asking him to do more right now is unrealistic. Kafka should know that.
The data and the game reviews show over and over the "no one is ever open" stuff for the Giants is ridiculous.
If there is one thing Kafka excels at, it's scheming targets open. That the quarterbacks he's had to work with can't make a decision in the requisite amount of time, is not on him.
that how the Giants play against teams “in their weight class” would tell us a lot.
Washington is in their “class” and they are competing well.
That’s a good sign.

Yea, Kafka is calling an offensive game plan for an experienced QB and even that is a stretch with this Oline. Kafka just doesn’t seem to be able to adapt very well?!

Go easy on him. DeVito is a clear upgrade over Jones.

A game plan for an experienced QB would be one with lots of quick throws, where the QB has to make an immediate read and a quick throw. Do that with an inexperienced QB and you'll get a pick because the inexperienced guy makes a bad read or doesn't see a defender.
play. Finally some imagination. I would have bet anything that Kafka was going to run Barkley into the LOS on that third and one. Nice shimmy by Slayton as well on Fuller to get in for the TD.

He looks competent today.
You had to say it
I stand by it. Barkley was open but the pocket collapsed.
He’s getting hit often and hard but doesn’t look rattled.

Not just you
As comfortable as one can be behind …
…behind these turnstiles they have on the field .

Wash is run blitzing every time they expect a run.
Kafka obliges with a run right into the teeth of it.
JFC
That’s because we don’t seem to know how to run a screen.
He is telling the center the QB is ready for the snap, every team in the fricken league dkes it
Another one better than Jones
Who's that annoying DJ dude DJ Khaled
Another one!!
yeah love that
Exactly!

Why doesnt he just tell the defense what the snap count is? Does anybody know what the hell he’s doing?

They have been doing this for there weeks. The problem is they always snap it on the same rhythm. They are tipping the snap.

? Seems like he’s been pretty sure handed since he got here? Or am I missing something?
Looks more like Phil McConkey.

Ok. Funs over. WASH needs to start scoring.
