NE, Green Bay and LAR all at home. There is a real chance we can win 2 of these. Nothing is certain.

Well based off how the season is trending the Pats are best chance at another win this season and we may have witnessed the "good fortune ticket" getting punched for the year. We'll end no worse than top 5, I am thinking top 3 really.

If they beat the Pats it won't be a top 5 pick. More likely between 8 and 12 due to the Giants SOS.

I would wager the Giants are favored against the Pats. One more win and it won't be top 5.

but not surprising, they probably should be at 5 wins with Buf and NYJ. The team stats for this game minus turnovers is ugly. They only mostly suck, not completely suck

Pats are coming off the bye. I suspect one more win the rest of the way, maybe if opponent has to sit their QB.

I could still see the giants losing out. Washington sucks and could have easily won today with 6 turnovers.

It's a little early to presume that CHI/ARI are moving on from their QB's. If they do, there is a strong possibility of them trading out of those picks. The picks will however still be QB's. So either way, you're looking at QB going at #1 and #2

There will be weapons available to help Daniel no matter where they pick.

They could trade and pick up more picks to improve the oline and pass rush. They should be able to get some good RB's and WR's in the later rounds.

When you have to put a clause ina contract that says he needs to study more - you don’t have a QB. They are most definitely looking to upgrade.

They did. Murray was simply awful down the stretch. Playcalling was really bad.

Any time you are drafting in the top 10 you need to try like hell to get a blue chip type talent no matter the position.

That figures to be QB, WR, OL, or Edge in this draft, which lines up perfectly.

Zero chance that the Bears would not grab a QB. They have seen enough to know Fields is not it. I think AZ wants to everything it can to move on from Murray but can’t

Fields was very good against Detroit yesterday. I wouldn't call it a lock that Bears are taking a QB. If I'm them, I grab Marvin Harrison Jr and then OT and be very happy.

I am think along that line too. Not so sure Fields is out in Chicago, yet.

section, yup. They took Darnell Wright at 11 overall in 2023. You've got Fashanu and Alt in the top 10 picks this year. They have a glaring need at LT or RT depending on where they want Wright to play, he's currently playing RT.

It's a perfect time for them to take the best receiver to come out of the draft in a long time, and a great OT prospect, if you want to give Fields another year or two and keep building.

In fact, I'd argue it's a better solution than blowing it up again and going QB.

All the other players aren't affected at all.

Seahawks pick will be nice. Decent chance that pick is in the 40s if Seattle goes off the rails down the stretch with that schedule.

I certainly want a shot at one of these QBs, there is plenty of season for it to work out that the Giants can creep up in the draft.

There are still some opportunities to move up.

if they are in striking distance to get a guy thats a clear upgrade over DJ. They are smart so publically they are going to say they are backing DJ so you dont go into the draft with everyone knowing what you are doing.

If they are going to stick with DJ the smart move is to trade out for a haul. We need a top notch WR and better IOL. The D is pretty solid overall and most are signed. This O is desperate for a WR. I would also let Barkley walk in FA. His ability is not converying to wins and I think both sides would be better with a change. He misses games every season except last season and paying top $$ for a RB is not the best use of resources. Get a solid FA and draft a guy to go along with Grey.

We cant go into next season with a bottom 5 OL and bottom 5 WR group. Waller will be a year older and his injury history is growing.

As for coaching, they have not done a great job but its not time for a change either imo. Some guys need time to learn and hopefully they can reflect on the season. Hard to imagine the 7th overall pick is a complete bust but it appears at this stage he is better suited to be a great guard and an average to below average OT. I think the OL coach has to go, there has been no improvement from that unit overall.

As for Schoen, his overall tenure for a year and a half is mixed. His FA signings have been bad except for Okereke. Draft picks have been mixed since one of our top 10 picks is a bust so far and there are other players drafted after him that are stars. Again too early to pull the plug and he was dealt a very por hand so no change is necessary at this time but when your chips are down you have to hit more than you miss and right now I think his misses are bigger than the hits. Glowinski, Slayton, Campbell, Nacho, Robinson and the trade for Waller are not looking so great. Okereke is a stud. The draft has yet to really show a stud but there is promise.

and he's currently coaching to lose so NE can grab one of these high caliber QBs.

Instead of wasting 160 million dollars on an injury prone subpar QB, the Giants will probably lose their best offensive player at the end of the season, because the money that was spent on Jones could have been avoided if Mara allowed his front office to allow Jones become a FA. Saquon Barkley should have been given a raise that would keep him on the Giants for his career, now we sit around watching where the Giants will be picking in the next draft with out chief priority at QB, and that rookie QB will have to compete without having SB as a target.

Seahawks next 4 games: 49ers, Cowboys, 49ers, Eagles. They have 6 wins right now. The finish with @Titans, vs. Steelers, and @Cardinals. They could legitimately go 7-10, who knows, they could possibly lose out.

One effect of that would be to increase the NYG SOS and possibly move their 1st round pick back.

so I would expect TD Tommy to struggle a bit next week. With Fields back, Chicago could win a few games, and I think AZ will too.
