On the team this year. He was hurt last year, but he was disruptive when he played. This year he’s been hurt again, and has been a complete zero when he’s in the game. He has another year here, but then he’s gone. A bad second round pick.
He has a severe lack of hustle when his first move doesn’t work.
Talented, but unless Winkmis strictly teach maintain a lane, he’s too lazy for my liking.
He literally has the same impact whether he is active
But he did maintain the edge nicely 2-3 times today, allowing KT and Dex to get pressure from the backside. Not advocating for anything, or even saying he’s played worthy of keeping his spot, but sometimes guys in his spot can contribute just by driving plays back inside.
People talk about 2012, this was far worse. Wilson had his career cut short due to injuries but he showed promise. Randle at least did some things as a Giant.
2021 is so bad. And then add in the Cowboys got Parsons and Eagles got Smith. Both teams took advantage of the incompetence of the Giants.
A Big Zero on the stat line! Imagine how much better Kayvon would be if there was someone on the other side actually creating pressure!
Besides the QB, that’s why the front 7 should be the priority this draft. We have 3 really good players, one emerging MLB and then a lot of questions. Filling in the talent there will not only upgrade the specific position but allow Dex and Thibs to shine.
I’m optimistic on this count. While Schoen was with the Bills, the team put a lot of resources into the front 7.

They have a lot of priorities: oline, ER, DT, QB, CB
I’d like G or OT to be a vet FA . One of the under the radar disappointments for me in 2023 has been the lack of development by Bredeson. I was hoping he’d turn into a reliable league avg guard. Did you see Sy’s comments on the Dallas game? Ooof.
Anyway, some vet experience would really help with our very green OL corps.
Thibs is clearly much more talented
If you re-watch Ojulari’s sacks - a lot were gimmes
If you rewatch Thibs “hurries” - you can see the ability
Thibs will keep getting better
Thanks for your contribution. Must have been worth your time. Lol

Elerson Smith in disguise.

yeah, I hate when people make dumbass posts about typos
The sad part is they literally spend the time to type about it.
I still don’t know if he took any snaps on defense today???

Saw him out there, didn't do much.
Classic looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane.
