put on substantial weight between 2022-2023. I'm not saying that's why he pitched so poorly in 2023 but I doubt that helped. His velocity has remained strong, long story short, he's a strong bounc eback candidate (on paper) because the pure stuff remains good.

Has only had 20 starts or more in a season twice in his career and hasnt done so since 2018. Guy has become as injury prone as it gets. He was really good when healthy 5 years ago, unfortunately gonna be a real long shot to ever get back to that point

He can sign as soon as 8 am tomorrow but Andy Martino is reporting he won't even be meeting with teams until Early December.

I would love to cornerstone Soto in the OF, Alonso/Lindor in the IF and Alvarez at C.

Soto and Lindor would be a lot of fun playing together. I could see the two of them bonding!

Bring up Acuna at some point and this team will be cooking.

deal is 30 million guaranteed. 3 years 26 + a 4th year option at 8 million with a 4 million dollar buyout. The Braves plan on letting him letting him compete for a rotation spot in ST.
