Coaching staff changes would you like Daboll to make in 24?

Both Johnson & T-Mac need to be shown the door.

In the name of continuity but absolutely want a new coach at special teams and oline

of normal turnover, I'd expect to see a new OL coaching staff and ST staff as well. Possibly S&C as well.

I think those 3 are gone. Not sure about others.

A young up and comer? A seasoned pro with a track record of success? Who is or might be available?

I have a feeling Ken Dorsey might be in the running; not sure how to feel about that. Need to think about which head coaches and staffs are on the hot seat and who might shake loose. I’d love us to get OL guru, someone with a long and proven track record.

Is for Definitely firing Johnson, McGauhey, with Kafka on the bubble. Couldn’t agree more! Especially Johnson, Thomas is a stud, so Johnson shouldn’t get ALL the credit for his turnaround! What has he done with the others, NADA! McGauhey’s Special Teams have floundered, he may have been retained due to Mara’s loyalty and the fact the guy was dealing with cancer, but he’s got to go.
Kafka, he’s a horse of a different color, seemed to be restrictive in his play calling the first two years, but with our line play you gotta be somewhat conservative; I say 24 is his prove it year.

I don't see the point of retaining the HC and swapping out every other coordinator.

The OC question is interesting. If Kafka goes, then Ken Dorsey would probably be Dabs’ next choice … but would he be better? The teams performance over the remaining games will tell the story.

Dabs loves shea teirney. He’s been with dabs since bama getting groomed.

That said Kafka was good last year. We saw it. It happened. It’s in there.
The team is as not ready to start the season. They tried to force the evolution on offense when no body was ready for it. And then injuries.

The whole staff and team couldn’t stop the bleeding for a month and a half

The offense has been improving since. as has the blocking. Just very slowly.


I like tmac but there is far too many mistakes with assignments and numbers on the field. The returners are not his decision or fault. Coverage has been good and the hammer did develop but too many mistakes to ignore.


It’s hard to judge the OL coach but the 1st month or so it was like nobody knew their assignment. It was disgracefully bad. Overall no one has shown significant improvement in a 1.5+ years. V

Kafka can stay. If you watch the All 22, you'll see his scheming is actually working, but there's not a QB on the roster that can capitalize on it consistently.

Theres not a lot of talent in case you missed it.

every single week, he schemes guys open all over the field. But the QB play has been shit, so people are blaming him. It is such nonsense.

Like to see someone from the Shanghai tree be added as QB coach or offensive assistant if not OC. Need online coaches with a history of developing linemen.

Real simple. Not one OL has improved play under Johnson.

STs don't look well coached, and there's been repeated FG/EP blocking issues.

I hope we retain Kafka, as I suspect anyone who watches tape does. Giants receivers are wide open running amok. As Randy Mueller said, you can't outperform your OL. If the OL stays healthy, I feel like Kafka/Daboll can scheme as well as anyone.

I hope Johnson stays too, as of now anyway. The OL needs continuity, and I think 4/5ths of a solid 2024 OL is probably on the roster. Some things just take time.
