i know i am in the minority on Lavine but lets say Bulls would be willing to take Randle? Say you go Randle, Fournier and Grimes for Lavine and Pat Williams?..maybe a couple of picks involved..
is Brunson, Lavine, Rj, Hart, Mitch with Quick, DDV, Williams, Hartenstein better than what they have now?
Team is faster, better defensive team, you habe Williams for teams who play maybe a bigger front line, better shooting..
Lavine doesn't want to play for the Knicks, I thought?.
He goes up for shot, misses, Mitch gets the rebound and is fouled attempting put-back.
Randle thinks he was fouled, so he goes wandering outside the key to argue with the ref, leaving Brunson lined up in rebound position.
After Mitch misses the first, Randle realizes he's not where he should be, too late. Mitch's second miss rebounds in Brunson's direction, but he's outmatched in size and Suns get it.
Bigger picture: rest of league knows Randle's act; he's not a desirable trade commodity.

Perhaps if Adam Silver won't,Thibs and the coaches should put the kybosh on it....

Eventually if this team wants to raise its ceiling it’s gotta come in the form of a trade. I don’t know who fits that bill. I see the appeal of a lavine to help lighten the load of Brunson but if you’re gonna spend alot of assets I think it needs to be a clear upper echelon type of player. Issue is you can’t guarantee they become available.

I want to see the Knicks advance. I guess listening to Scal and Isola every morning on NBA radio has gotten me into it. It will be very interesting to see how the East teams handle it in terms of going all out to run it up even if the game isn't close. 2 of the 3 East divisions- Ours and Boston/Orlando/Nets are wide open. Cleveland also is alive for a WC even though Indiana has clinched theirs.

lost to Boston on opening night and got absokutely screwed on a call up 6 that should of put Brunson at the line shooting 3, instead they called a flopping technical on Brunson..

Lost to Minnesota on the end of a 5 game trip where they played 5 games in 7 nights..

So yeah 2-7 but its not like they are getting blown out by good teams and most of them the Knicks were at a rest disadvantage
to make the tournament games different other than stupid new courts. Maybe use the Elam ending? Play by international rules (no goaltending, etc.)? Play 4 on 4? Introduce a 4 pt shot? SOMETHING!
