All of these guys have tough matchups, believe it or not. Even the Rams have been very good against the run, especially of late. Ditto for the Steelers and Cowboys.
You could look at the o/u for the player prop rushing yards as one way to help you decide.
I think I'm most concerned about Conner, though, despite what the Vegas prop lines might say. Last week, Michael Carter got 38% of the offensive snap share compared to just 42% for Conner, and Demercado even got 20%. Conner had 10 touches, Carter 8, Demercado 3.
Charbonnet is the clear back dominating touches for Seattle. He got 88% of the offensive snaps for Seattle last week. Not great production but he got 18 touches. He got 85% of the snaps the week prior, after Walker left the game.
Ford got 70% of the snap share last week and 14 touches. Just 49% the week prior though as Kareem Hunt got 44%.
But Ford is the easiest call here because he's the most explosive player and the one most likely to break off chunk yards. He also has a stable role in that offense, and the game script isn't likely to be much of a factor to threaten him. He's also gotten the most targets in the passing game.
I have to go with Charbonnet otherwise because I'm really concerned about Carter eating into Conner's playing time. Charbonnet also is more of a factor in the passing game, he's 10-10 in targets-receptions over the past two weeks. He's the only one of this trio you can say confidently that right now, he's a 3-down back for their team.
James Conner just 2 catches on 3 targets for 1 yard last week. I have to bench Conner here against his old team. I don't love it, but Carter just arrived on the season in Arizona and for him to work in that offense like he did right away and eat into Conner's workload, I don't think I would touch him right now.
just go with the guys who should see the most work.
Only question for me this week, assuming both play is the below. Right now I have Achane in but I may switch that based on whatever info comes out the next couple days. Miami clearly wants to get Achane the ball so if he plays I’m confident his touches won’t be limited, just a matter of being comfortable with another potential injury.
Connor is obvious the best of the bunch. He had 4 carries for 21 yards on the first drive - and got 2 carries the rest of the game and of course Murray is a hog when it comes to the goal line touches. Murray is awful but they are riding him to see what they have in him.
I just need Seattle to keep it close so Charbonnet can get some carries. And youre right about Ford - maybe he can break me a 40 yard TD.... lol

Olave vs Detroit
Achane @ Washington
Just gotta check Olave's status. Detroit's secondary is terrible. But so is Carr.. lol
Gun to head, achane. But I can see starting either.
