So there was a presale for season ticket holders today, so i thought id give it shot. The wife likes concerts, i like to go when i like the band. Seemed like a nice thing to do on a Thursday night leading up to Memorial Day weekend.
So i get in the cue, i have 6k people in front of me. About 15 min later I get in. I click on 4 seats in the Mez facing the stage, right above where my football seats are. Seemed like a good view.
it was $6800.
$1400 a seat before the bullsh-t fees.
I thought that was a little much, I saw Bruce back in September it was less than $500 a seat all in in the lower level.
I did not purchase tickets.
Sadly, the average Joe and Jane can't afford concerts now.
What is the refund policy ?

Thanks for the mention...lol...and you are correct
I saw them in 2019 in Seattle and it was great--much better than I expected. But not worth it at these prices.
$5000 to watch 80 year olds play? No thanks- I will watch my favorite somgs on YouTube.
You gotta be filthy rich or really love that band to pay that much to see an iconic band whose best days were over 50 years ago.
Even when you get lucky and see a band like Tool you're still paying well over 100 closer to 200 for the cheapest seat possible. I was thrilled to only be paying close to 200 bucks.
I keep saying it, everything is worse these days. More expensive and less bang for your buck across the board. One thing is kind of better--TVs. And they last 10 years tops but at least they don't weigh 400 lbs and cost only about 4-55 bucks for a decent model.
Even online gaming sucks balls now with the micro transactions and hidden chargers.
IT will only get worse.
This is true to some extent. Try waiting. They won't go down THAT much but you can get some better deals.

I saw them at the old Brendon Byrne arena in '81 (Tina Turner opened). I wasn't that impressed (though I admit my seats weren't great), especially in contrast to The Who, who I saw a year later. The Who had so much more energy. Blew the Stones away, imo.
Don't think I'll be paying those prices to see them 40+ yrs later.
They have not been relevant since the 70's (Some Girls?)
At this point they are a cover band.
(Rolling Stones cover band)
$6800.00???!!!!
SMH.
