Oregon vs Washington tonight. Oregon is the better team right now. Washington clipped them earlier. Should be a fun matchup with Penix and Nix slinging it. Lot of good WRs as well.
Here’s a hypothetical scenario. You’re winners this weekend:
Washington
Michigan
FSU
Bama
Texas
If this is this case - No SEC in the final 4? Hmmmm
More curious about UGA if Dawgs lose.

If FSU and Michigan win who are they getting in over?

If Bama wins and FSU wins they will have a real conundrum on their hands. Texas already beat Bama, in Tuscaloosa. But the committee doesn’t have the guts to leave out the SEC. They’d be more likely to put both Georgia and Bama than leave them out. And FSU would be undefeated. Either way, there’s going to be plenty ofpissed off schools tomorrow, lol

They’re done if they lose. The Texas win guaranteed that.
I’m working under the assumption there’s a zero percent chance of Michigan losing.

They will use their FSU “QB is hurt” excuse. The committee isn’t leaving out the SEC under any circumstances. It would be funny if they did, but they don’t have the balls to actually do it
At least 1, maybe 2 draft spots.
If the Giants lose out, the Commanders beat the Jets, and the Jets beat NE it is likely the Giants get no. 4 (possible tie with Tenn.) Of course, you know the Jets will lose to Pats. In that case they likely get 4 and it would be Giants versus Tennessee for 5. But watch the Giants win two and fall to 15.
5 of the top 13 teams in the Country isn’t enough for you? Do they need 3 in the top 5 to be a vintage season?

And Alabama was lucky as hell to beat Auburn. This is not a vintage SEC season.

You think these Georgia and Alabama teams are comparable to any of their teams for the last 4 or 5 years?
I think if Bama wins it goes:
Michigan
Washington
Texas
Alabama
And FSU is left at the altar. Not saying I agree with it but they simply are not leaving out the SEC and they would then have to bow down to Texas because they can’t add Alabama over Texas. They’d rather face backlash from Tallahassee than face down the cult in SEC land

The Conference has three of the top ten teams and UGA has won 20 something games in a row to this point and that’s not good enough for you?
Maybe Georgia and Bama aren’t as great as some of their other past teams but they have one loss between them and are odds on favorites to win it all.
Vintage enough Conference for me.
2. Alabama
3. Washington
4. Texas
I agree that unless FSU beats Louisville fairly handily, they will be screwed.
Are there four better teams than them? I say no and think they could win it all so I can’t see how they’d be left out if they win.
Biggest loser of the weekend would be UGA because in any other year I could see them still getting in but not this year if they lose.

Gotta take into consideration two of their best O players are hurt and gutting it out. Bowers hasn’t been the same since he’s come back and he’s been a huge weapon for them pre injury.

could both be beat by any of the top 6 teams. Looks like Georgia has been overrated. And a great job by Alabama. Georgia's offense has been awful.

Most people don’t seem to sympathetic with FSU for their QB being injured.
Georgia too far too much time to get that TD. Wasted 1:30 or more.

I think that’s a huge injury and even if they win could be just the out the Committee is looking for to keep them out.
I only mentioned UGA’s injuries on O because they’ve clearly had an effect on how they’ve performed today.

Oh, I fully agree. I just think if people are going to excuse Georgia’s loss today as being because they’re banged up, it would be hypocritical to keep FSU out if they win, but not convincingly.
And I was wrong - they only needed one more first down
It was a great game (no dog in the hunt). The talking heads are lauding Millroe but I thought he was really inaccurate as a passer.

No I’m definitely not using it as an excuse to keep them in the top four. Just for them not playing as well on O as they have.
I do think they have a shot to get in but would need both UM and FSU to lose tonight.
Right now I see it even with FSU winning tonight:
UM
UW
UT
Bama

As bad as these QBs are just wait until you see Iowa’s QB.

Agreed. He’s lucky Bond is such a good player
Me either. If FSU wins it should be:
Michigan
Washington
FSU
Texas
Bama beating Georgia is more impressive than Texas beating Bama in Milroes second start
They won’t. If they win today than they prove that they can win a big game with the new QB.
