What a rookie year he was having.
he will not stand pat.
just watch.
What a rookie year he was having.
Too bad for Texans. He and Stroud have a nice thing going.

He's fun to watch play the position.
He had an extremely high S2 score. That is what Schoen needs to focus on when looking for our next QB. The ability to go through progression and make post snap reads is the most important skill a QB needs. All the QBs discussed on this board have enough arm strength to succeed. The question is how well they read defenses.
so did byrce young lol

was held. No call.
He’s been kicking Lane Johnson’s ass far more often than we used to seeing.
Looks like a draw to me. Johnson is a great RT and Bosa is a great end. And they have both had their moments.

He’s got the refs completely confused
No he doesn't. Take the time to watch the ball and Johnson at the same time. He is extremely quick getting off.
He’s cheating just like 1st baseman cheat. He’s great but he’s getting away with that fraction of a second because he is.
You are dead.
He was offsides. Twice I think.
But Niners are relentless

Might’ve missed it but I haven’t heard his name called all game.

Haha, yeah I’m hoping Schoen isn’t thinking about spending FA dollars on him. Man did we luck out dropping to the 4th pick that year and grabbing AT.

Young is a big body DE and he is not outstanding. Not even sure he is is VG.
It's absolutely nuts what Purdy is doing.

And he just lays on the ground after missing a sack....
refreshing to watch OLs that protect the passer
man 49ers are so balanced on O and D and Shanahan’s play designs and team’s execution are superb

It's about watching a player who's going through all his progressions and sticking in the pocket. From my untrained eye, he looks very good in that area.
Would he go through progressions if the minute his back foot hit the ground someone was in his face, that s what I m getting at.
He looks great,
But I sincerely don’t think he would on the Giants and this has nothing to do as a defense ofJones
It’d be one thing if Philly lost a close one late but to get their asses handed to them at home giving up close to 300 yds in the second half is surely something for them to be concerned about. It also has to be a huge confidence boost to the Niners and puts them right there for home field now. But yeah, no biggie Greg. Lol

And the Daniel Jones Apology Tour shows up. Purdy accurately reads the defense, throws accurately and with great anticipation. Wake us please when Jones does any of that.
I asked a legit question, and your retort is the same old nonsense.

It is always better to get blown out so that you can blow it off as just a bad day. Olsen isn't wrong IMV and I'd bet he is looking at it as he would as a Pro.

His Philly love is embarrassing, and basically saying today is no big deal and easily dismissed is crazy talk.

Sure on the outside you can just blow it off but deep down you know if you were getting your ass beat, and that’s gotta stick in your head.
Same way if you know a guy can’t cover you or block you, there’s no reason for that not to give you confidence and have that carry over.
And there are a lot of cheap players starting and contributing...
Browns bailed LA out. They had just run the ball down the Rams' throats on a 13 play 75 yard drive for what should have been the tying touchdown.
Missed the extra point, but defense got the ball right back on a 3 and out with 6:30 left in the 4Q. Plenty of time for CLE to rely on the running game (and some short passing from Joe Flacco) for another scoring drive to win it.
But no, first play of the drive, Flacco heaves it 50 yards downfield and Rams intercept and return it 40 yards. That was pretty much the game.
Just in time to beat the NYG next week

Yeah but getting bad that bad - AT HOME no less - has to sting beyond one game. Especially when they dominated the first quarter.
