The Eagles security guy should at a minimum be suspended for the rest of the season. Non coaching personnel should have zero interaction with the players during a game. Just for the reason you saw - he instigated a player being ejected.
Another thing I have noticed is the Eagles have a few guys who seem to just run up and down the sideline and root on the players (pumping their fists) almost like cheerleaders (something you'd see in college). Not sure if they are coaches but I find it weird.

for Sirianni to be ejected with the Security guard. The head coach should have control of his bench, and this is the only way an ejection matches San Francisco losing a player.
Had the league or officials done this, I think you call it settled and move on.

Agreed. In his post game Shanahan said Siriani was very professional about it, I guess in their post game hand shake. Because he sure as hell must’ve missed him getting on the refs during it and screaming for Greenlaw’s ejection for swinging.

Another thing I have noticed is the Eagles have a few guys who seem to just run up and down the sideline and root on the players (pumping their fists) almost like cheerleaders (something you'd see in college). Not sure if they are coaches but I find it weird.
It's not like a fan ran out there. This guy was supposed to be there. I saw nothing over the top, from either of them. It's an emotional game ... and that was an emotional moment in a very heated football game.

Nothing about his background that I see speaks to the fact that he was a former police officer, FBI agent, etc> You would really think that is the kind of trained professional you want running the security of a billion dollar franchise.
Had the league or officials done this, I think you call it settled and move on.

At best, the dude made an extremely poor judgement call. People lose their jobs for extremely poor judgement calls. Why is the head of security egging on players, shouldn't his job be de-escalation? Hill did grab the kid's phone and used it in his celebration, which you know the NFL hates, but that wasn't even the kid's doing.
Meanwhile, this phucking slob in Philly will get a slap on the wrist. He should be banned from all NFL stadiums indefinitely.

WHy would anyone bet he is a former cop. He looks like he is in his 40s and has worked for the Eagles since 1999. Nothing in his Eagle's bio has anything to do with being a cop. They hired a lackey mall cop to be their chief of security and got that type of service. That home fans would love the guy for starting in with an opposing player is besides the point. Nor should the guy go to jail or anything like that. What he did was extremely unprofessional and their should be a consequence (and some review why he was even that close to the sideline to involve himself in the game).
After seeing the replay, I actually think Greenlaw was pointing at the Eagle player (Smith?) and Dom kinda walked into it. If you watch it all play out SF player keeps pointing at Smith. Don't even think it was a shot at Dom.

Agreed. I'll repeat. If an employee like this does something that warrants an ejection and an ejection of a player on the other team, the home team coach goes too. That will take care of this.
