The pick is for the winner of the game - tie means you lose

Then shouldn't it be a homicide pool?
good game but

bad about Trevor's injury. Talk about deflation. Jags were looking at a #1 seed.

A browning led CIN offense scores 34 points (31 in regular play) and a win?

Huh. I guess supporting cast actually does matter. Who knew?

🤷‍♂️

winning impacts the Giants 2nd rounder from Seattle. It’s now the 46th overall pick and the Seahawks face the 49ers next.
So Jacksonville is out of the playoffs now right?

i wonder if having 3 top 45 picks will make joe schoen more aggressive in taking the 3rd best QB on the board if he fell to him at 7-10.

knowing he has two 2nds to get two good players.

Some podcast nerd is going to get up this morning, and while he's brushing his teeth rehearse the boring "see. Giants fans are spoiled because they won a Super bowl 16 years ago" speech as if it's a fresh new thought that no one has ever had before.

He we go with the cryptic Daniel Jones defense brigade.

“The Bengals scored 34 points, see it’s not Jones’ fault”. What kind of weird ass twisted logic is that? Oh, by the way the Tommy DeVito led Giants scored 31 points two weeks ago. Must be the Giants loaded up on talent for him

Hyperbole works both ways my friend, and it s equally ineffective in making the point.

Devito put up 31 points. I guess the Giants supporting cast is pretty solid after all?

Browning has 5 years of NFL experience, 3 in the same system with the Bengals. Skosh of difference there.

Not sure what your point is? Browning put up 34 points in his second NFL start. Devito put up 31 in his second NFL start. The point I was responding to was that the 34 points Browning put up was because of his much better supporting cast.

So you are now saying several years of sitting on a bench is the skosh difference?

Yeah, my bad. You're absolutely right.
high ankle sprain for Trevor Lawrence -
Del Shofner : 12/5/2023 5:32 pm : link
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence suffered a right high ankle sprain against the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday night but escaped further damage, coach Doug Pederson said Tuesday.

Pederson said the Jaguars would evaluate Lawrence later in the week, and he wouldn't completely rule out the possibility of Lawrence playing Sunday.

"I'm not going to put that timetable on Trevor," Pederson said Tuesday afternoon. "I'm not going to put him in a box like that, but we'll see how he is in a couple of days."

Pederson said he doesn't think Lawrence would require surgery on his ankle, something that Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett had earlier this week to accelerate the healing process.
