When I was a kid, growing up in Rochester, David Bowie was busted for marijuana possession while in Rochester for a gig at the War Memorial arena. My friends were PISSED, because they correctly concluded that nothing would come of the charges but Bowie would never play Rochester again. I believe that's exactly what happened.
