There was a bit from Bisignano from very early last season that some of the things he did were rubbing guys the wrong way.....like having meetings run into the evening.

Daboll likes to let the players go home earlier than most coaches, but Wink would keep the defensive guys around to hang out. It seemed fairly innocuous at the time but looking back, it sounds exactly like what they ultimately had a fall-out about.

I wonder if also he was not a fan of the 2 man fronts that let blockers get to him a lot of the time.
