Former #Ravens and #Giants OLBs coach Drew Wilkins is taking the same job on the #Patriots staff under Jerod Mayo, source said. Wilkins reunites with current #Patriots OLB Matt Judon, who made 2 Pro Bowls in Baltimore working with Wilkins.

a good move on Wilkins part. He stays in the NFL while separating himself from Wink. Wink could possibly be done in the NFL and took most of the headlines. Now Wilkins has a chance to prove himself as a coach away from Wink. This opportunity to stay out of controversy and rebuild his image

If Wilkins took a position coach's job in college, it would be a step back from the NFL.
